He was not only nice and courteous, but extremely patient and helpful. I was able to pick out my suit and was on my way within an hour. Price point is extremely affordable too! Definitely will be back for all my future suit needs.”

Granddaughter brought in a paneled princess cut hawaiian dress with tribal print from Hilo Hattie that was designed 2 decades ago, hoping to find a similar dress. John was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, insightful & directed her to similarly paneled dresses. Several purchases later, family was happy & satisfied. Ohana spirit undeniably present. Definitely worth the drive out!!”

With me not being to knowledgeable in the suit game they were very patient and gave me ideas/ options, so that was very helpful. Lastly, the suit itself I am happy with. I went ahead and got a custom Ivory double breasted coat with custom designs. This is coming from someone who doesn't live close to them, I would highly recommend even if you have to drive." “The staff was great on all 3 separate occasions that I went before the wedding! They made sure everything fit perfect! If I needed to change a size they did it without any complaints or faces being made. Cynthia definitely helped a lot on our first time going and mentioned the discount for us. I don't remember the gentleman with the ponytails name but he was definitely the most helpful with trying things on! He let me try different color suits, shoes bow ties and regular ties and got all the things for me without any complaints! They all went above and beyond to make me and my groomsmen's feel welcomed and heard. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a suit and I will be going back next time I need one!”

“The first we stopped by to ask a simple question, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Today, when we placed our order for prescription sunglasses, Galilea (optician) was extraordinarily friendly, attentive and informative. She took her time assisting us and advised us of the various options that were available for us. Furthermore, she suggested a way for us to get an additional savings, which was the cherry on top. Galilea was very knowledgeable with the Oakley products and her craft as an optician. We really had a great experience with the Brea Mall Oakley staff. Thank you!”

“I came in the store needing a suit ASAP, and my dad had recommended this spot to me, as he's shopped there before. Raul was amongst the kindest and most helpful men I've come across. He told me he wants every customer to feel like they're family, and he did an excellent job making me feel that way right when I walked in the door. He found a few different suits for me to try on right away. He told me he would get the suit altered by the time I needed it. The prices are incredible, as well. If you need a suit, this is the place to go.”
“My daughter is a big fan of this type of merchandise, ordered online (we're in Colorado). Daughter forgot to put our condo number on shipping address...so, I called the store and they corrected everything and they came through over and beyond (everything correct and timely, and the packaging was impeccable...they even included the store logo bag, and a sticker) Merch came to the house here about an hour ago and my daughter is ecstatic. Happy kid, makes a happy Mom. Thank you Black Zone!! Ps. Nice quality items, I was sceptical because we have never ordered anything from this store before..I have to say....I am IMPRESSED. “My Girlfriend and I have been wanting to go here since 2020, but every time we are in the area they are already closed. Although, this time around we were intentional and knew that we had to make it a reality. Finally after fighting through an hour of traffic, we made it 30 minutes before they closed. Just that 30 minutes was everything we could have hoped for and more.
The shop is warm and inviting, the brands and items they pick to sell is of high quality; everything is so aesthetically pleasing. Some of the brands the shop carries are Snowpeak, Kinto, Barebones etc.
The highlight of the shop has to be the owner. Kai was welcoming and knowledgeable of each individual product; within just that 30 minutes of being in the store we had a good sense that he really cares about the shop and each individual customer that walks into the front door.
Just be careful when you walk in because you would want to purchase the entire store!
If you have been contemplating on checking out this store or have never heard of it before, I highly recommend checking it out! Even if you have to fight your way through traffic; it is worth it! ?”
“Sick vintage store!Came in to check out what they had and they have a sick variety of tees and bottoms. I liked that their tees were organized by color since i primarily wear black i know what section to look at. They also had a large variety of dickies and carhartt carpenter pants!You can also use their dressing room which is a plus since sometimes vintage sizing can be tricky. Would recommend coming here and seeing what they have.”

“Friendly atmosphere and employees. The app makes it super easy to see my Kohl's cash, rewards and coupons. I went to drop off an Amazon return and I was gifted with a coupon to spend in store. By the way, they have now consolidated both Amazon returns and Kohls into one line. I got lucky only 1 person ahead of me, we'll see how that goes. I wasn't planning to shop that day, but I found a few cute dresses & jacket on Clearence. Only draw back is certain brands and Sephora don't honor coupons, bummer.”
