Today, when we placed our order for prescription sunglasses, Galilea (optician) was extraordinarily friendly, attentive and informative. She took her time assisting us and advised us of the various options that were available for us. Furthermore, she suggested a way for us to get an additional savings, which was the cherry on top. Galilea was very knowledgeable with the Oakley products and her craft as an optician. We really had a great experience with the Brea Mall Oakley staff. Thank you!”

Customer service is great.Just wish if they can replace trial room curtains with hard wooden doors if possible. “Macy's at the Brea mall! I haven't been to this mall in a very long time. Wandered into Macy's looking for some Saint Patrick's Day green and clothes to wear to a funeral. I found lots of green here! I was surprised actually at how much green they had. They had things with clovers and then just solid green or patterns. A pretty good variety in colors and designs. But, the sizes were all too small for me. Not really plus size friendly. Unless I missed the section, there wasn't much. The fun emoji photo opportunity was cute though! Loved that!”

I was at the Brea, CA store on Sunday, Nov 27th. I had the pleasure of having ARIELLE help me with a return. Rather than saying "no receipt, too bad", she guided me through steps where I was able to make the return. ARIELLE was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Recognizing and commending ARIELLE as a valued employee would be the right thing to do here.”

“I am going to be honest, I've known about indo for a hike, because of Ben Shapiro and wanted to give them a shot. My wedding is coming up and so I called and you have to get directed 2 times, just to get to their department. So when I first got my suit fitting I didn't really feel was as personal and it was more a sale (but I already wanted it). The second time, I worked with Chris and Zachery and it was far better and I really appreciate worked with them!”

“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERToday I went to a tillys to just look around and spend some time with my girlfriend. When in the store during my checkout I accidentally clicked my Tack Deck over the blocker behind the register. The Tech Deck sadly fell down a hole behind the register (for wires), a spot the employees said was basically a home forever kind of spot. However Aiden was super helpful, she took my phone # and said she'd give me a call if it was found. Only about 2 hours later I received a call back! And she found it! She went through all the trouble of full unscrewing some sort of cabinet, practically taking apart the counter just to get what seemed like my "toy". It may seem that way but there's main brands just like most things, and it was indeed an expensive "toy". I'm very grateful for aiden's extra money fort and care! She deserve an awesome high five or even a chance for a raise because that was some amazing service!!!!!!!”
