“Fabulous! Came here to shop for a birthday gift for a family member and was having a hard time picking out a size. The associate with blonde hair was able to look him up from his phone number and tell me exactly what size he usually orders since I told her he has an account. She also was incredibly helpful in assisting with an online order and was really patient and sweet. I wish I got her her name but thank you!”

“I had the most wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress at Dream On Bridal! I called Cheryl to set up an appointment and the rest was such a breeze. I came in not knowing what I wanted but she had a selection of dresses for me to try on. Cheryl was extremely patient with me--being that I was new to all this and was indecisive (all her dresses were lovely, it cant be helped!). I eventually found the perfect dress that made me feel like old Hollywood glam. I almost gave up hope finding the right store and dress since most wedding businesses are quite costly in LA. But then came Cheryl, a true godsend. Her prices are unbeatable for the quality, and her service and kindness made the experience all the more better than what I could have expected. I highly recommend her store to any LA bride--you wont regret it! ”

“The detail your team put into this store is amazing! I loved it! Prices are pretty average but it adds up when we want to buy the whole store lol. The fact you even walk out with all her pictures even on the mech bags, I think it’s beautiful, I love that touch. The chandelier had me wowed! Lucia is the name on my receipt of the girl that attended me she was awesome, very welcoming, attentive, and helpful… Thank you for the great merchandise you have put together. “I really love this location. They carry plus size which is great for me lol. Their is one girl who works here she's maybe a manager of some sorts has tattoos long hair and really beautiful. But she is so kind! Some times being plus size and shopping at and athletic clothing company can feel intimidating/ uncomfortable but she's so kind and not judgmental Very helpful and educational. A true girls girls and I enjoy every time I go shopping and she's there.”

“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERToday I went to a tillys to just look around and spend some time with my girlfriend. When in the store during my checkout I accidentally clicked my Tack Deck over the blocker behind the register. The Tech Deck sadly fell down a hole behind the register (for wires), a spot the employees said was basically a home forever kind of spot. However Aiden was super helpful, she took my phone # and said she'd give me a call if it was found. Only about 2 hours later I received a call back! And she found it! She went through all the trouble of full unscrewing some sort of cabinet, practically taking apart the counter just to get what seemed like my "toy". It may seem that way but there's main brands just like most things, and it was indeed an expensive "toy". I'm very grateful for aiden's extra money fort and care! She deserve an awesome high five or even a chance for a raise because that was some amazing service!!!!!!!”

It seems like they all really care about the customers and make sure they get exactly what they need, or what they're looking for. I was at the Brea, CA store on Sunday, Nov 27th. I had the pleasure of having ARIELLE help me with a return. Rather than saying "no receipt, too bad", she guided me through steps where I was able to make the return. ARIELLE was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. “Look, I'm 4' 11" and I knew that when I got my dress I was going to have to cut 2 feet off the length. I tried to avoid a dress with too much detail at the bottom but I just fell in love with my dress and couldn't say no. I probably searched for two weeks to find a professional Bridal Tailoring business that wouldn't just chop off the bottom of my dress and I'm so happy I found Dantella's! They knew immediately that I wanted the lace lifted and they painstakingly removed each appliqué and reattached it after hemming the dress. The whole process was easy with lots of fittings. I would recommend them to any bride!”
