Because of the community's popular location, workers go out of their way to accommodate a large number of walk-ins. They maintained the place nice; there were no thrills here. Because of the wide range of individual circumstances, nurses must probe several times to acquire a successful blood sample. On a good day, in and out time is less than 15 minutes.”

The Phlebotomist, Phoung, was the best I've ever had. Usually I get pricked a couple times because I have small veins. She got it on the first try and I never even felt the needle. “Hello, I recently had a service done here. I gave them a four-star rating because of the miscommunication. The customer service said they welcomed walk-ins, therefore, I decided to show up with no appointment. Upon my arrival a nice woman greeted me. She asked me if I had an appointment and I told her no. I told her what the customer service told me over the phone. To my surprise, the front desk lady said, "Yes, she says that to everyone, but we don't do walk-ins." Luckily, my evening was free, and they had an opening, so I scheduled an appointment that day. I suggest updating the information here and notifying the customer service as well. However, all the ladies working that day in the office were very helpful.”
