“Due to the symptoms, I needed to give my result to my work asap. So, I found this place. There's no need for appointment, and when I walked in, there's no one. I got there at 10:00am in the morning to avoid traffic. The lady was really kind, and took the sample well. The inside was spacy and seemed to be well managed. The price was firm (no taxes and hidden fees), and the result came to my email in 53 minutes!”

“I went there today for lab work. There were only few people there, it does not look like a busy quest lab location. The only issue was the parking. I parked at the structured parking across the building.”

“I checked in through text before I went inside, I was instructed to come in and that my check in was complete and would be called shortly. I was called right when I walked in. The Phlebotomist, Phoung, was the best I've ever had. Usually I get pricked a couple times because I have small veins. She got it on the first try and I never even felt the needle. Best overall experience.”

“Do not listen to a single bad thing about this office. Every time I have an appointment, I'm in on time. Today, I spent an hour in this quest facility and I have never been treated better by a lab. I am prone to fainting when I get blood drawn, and they took precautionary measures to not only help make me comfortable but make sure I made it out safely. Leonard and Katie catered to my needs and went above and beyond for me. I am so grateful for them and this office. Choose this quest branch if contemplating where to go.”

“This past Saturday i was freaking out because my partner already had his biopsy scheduled for the 1st of February and i had not yet gotten him into Quest fir them to draw the blood for his tests pre-op. We got there after 9am, without an appointment. And the ladies there got us in very quickly. Like in 15 minutes or less. Then they didn't have the "order" on file. We left freaking out even more, and i rushed us home and foubd the order for the needed tests right by the front door. So we rushed back, tsil between my legs, and they saw us immediately. Before we went to the San Clemente office, i read several negitive reviews of this place. I don't say this lightly, and i don't guve gushing reviews if they're nor totally reserving of them. This place, and the ladues on the Saturday crew were amazing! They were kind, pateint, understanding, and totally cooperative with us. They even got the results to where they needed to be promptly, hense removibg this ton of stress i was loaded with becsuse of the situation i was in. I hope this reassures anyone worried about the Saturday Crew! They ROCK! Sincerely, Ray P-----”

“Hello, I recently had a service done here. I gave them a four-star rating because of the miscommunication. The customer service said they welcomed walk-ins, therefore, I decided to show up with no appointment. Upon my arrival a nice woman greeted me. She asked me if I had an appointment and I told her no. I told her what the customer service told me over the phone. To my surprise, the front desk lady said, "Yes, she says that to everyone, but we don't do walk-ins." Luckily, my evening was free, and they had an opening, so I scheduled an appointment that day. I suggest updating the information here and notifying the customer service as well. However, all the ladies working that day in the office were very helpful.”
