I got there at 10:00am in the morning to avoid traffic. The lady was really kind, and took the sample well. The inside was spacy and seemed to be well managed. The price was firm (no taxes and hidden fees), and the result came to my email in 53 minutes!”

“received text message prompting check-in 1.5hr before the appointment time. My appointment was for an evening time on Thursday, close to closing time. With the mobile check-in, there was no need to check in via kiosk, and I was called in within less than 10 minutes. The lady (whose name I don't recall but wish I did) was very pleasant despite it being close to end of her work day, which I really appreciated.
She was also ESPECIALLY good at drawing blood, I barely felt a thing and there was barely a mark from the needle afterwards. (I typically have no qualms about getting my blood drawn and don't even really mind if it's done by a beginner, but noticed that in such cases it can leave bruising. Nothing like that here.)
Very clean facility, including cleanly kept bathroom, and efficient set-up. I would select this location again for future blood tests.”

“At the Irvine location on Corporate Park today. I am one of "those" patients; the one whose veins are hard to find, appear & disappear, and then roll when stuck. Well, today NONE of that was an issue with Felicia! I highly recommend her. She had me in and out quickly, found my vein, I didn't even feel the stick (!!), and used a bandage that will be painless to remove. I highly recommend this office.”

Luis was so nice & he understood that I'm disabled and that that would be a long drive uncomfortable for me so I am thankful that they accommodated me.
Fidelity Dental Lab's went out of their way for me and I'm really thankful for them also putting up with me while trying to get the color right on my crowns. They did such a beautiful job!!

I've very sensitive when it comes to getting my blood drawn and after going to the same person for 10 years and having an insurance change I was very nervous about trying someone new. Jasmines touch with the needle is unreal I felt NOTHING! She's also the happiest person smiling and laughing the whole time you won't even notice your blood was taken!!! I highly recommend this spot! I was in and out very quickly and with a smile on my face!”
“On March 24, 2023 I was in this lab for blood tests. The procedure was not performed. I was attended by the employee Susan who had already debited 70 dollars on my debit card. As the exam was not done; she had to refund the card. She didn't know how to use the machine; she had to ask for help. After apparently getting it, she told me that in a few days the return would be done. This refund has not been made as of today, July 11th. I've been to the lab several times and it's always the same story. Hang on! Then they said it was a problem with my bank. I went to my bank and there is no problem with my bank. This never happened. The lab error. 3 months without refunding my money. Absurd!!! Return my money!!! I will go to court”

“Hello, I recently had a service done here. I gave them a four-star rating because of the miscommunication. The customer service said they welcomed walk-ins, therefore, I decided to show up with no appointment. Upon my arrival a nice woman greeted me. She asked me if I had an appointment and I told her no. I told her what the customer service told me over the phone. To my surprise, the front desk lady said, "Yes, she says that to everyone, but we don't do walk-ins." Luckily, my evening was free, and they had an opening, so I scheduled an appointment that day. I suggest updating the information here and notifying the customer service as well. However, all the ladies working that day in the office were very helpful.”
