I battled valley Traffic getting there, soo I was a lil irritated, but as I was scrambling thru my cell looking for return code, I was greated by an Exciting Hello how are you, I looked up and a Tall handsome gentleman named Terrik, ( hope I spelt it correctly ha ha) brightened my day with Great customer service Rep Smile...
