“I have been a Enterprise client for over 30 years....when my truck broke down I made a reservation at Enterprise Woodland Hills then switched to the Northridge location because my truck was towed out that way......they quoted me $38.42 per day for a car but they were closing in ten minutes so I ended up at the Woodland Hills store....when they had my car ready they said $61 per day!! I said forget it but they said "nothing we can do". I later called the Woodland Hills office again and again to get some help but everyone said "nothing we can do".....I called customer service and was told the regional office would call me.....they never did....so I call Woodland Hills once again and told my story and a very nice lady answered and said "I am the branch manager here...let me see what I can do...".....her name was Amber.....anyway she asked a few questions and got me a rate of $42 per day which I was thrilled about....I asked about the previous day and she said $42 per day for that day as well....she was great!!! She cared and took the initiative to make me happy and honor what I had been told.....she is how I remember Enterprise for over 30 years....someone trying to help me...not just a robotic "nothing I can do..." which is a terrible response from anyone in customer service. Also very helpful was Patrick in the Woodland Hills office....he is what customer service is all about.....polite, friendly, and willing to help the client....he is a pro and will go far in his career...just like Amber!! These two are the best and are very much appreciated!!!!”
