“The check out and check in staff members were courteous and efficient. They got me in and out fast. The van I rented was in good condition. Everything worked properly from the doors to the windows to the air conditioning. The rubber cargo mat helped to hold items in place while driving, but was not super gripping, so I could easily slide my long metal items and plastic bins for loading.”
