“This is a DHL drop off for international returns. They have rental mailboxes and dulces from Mexico. And friendly, personable service. The system was down when I arrived to return some shoes to the UK. There was a system upgrade that was taking an inordinate amount of time. The gentleman shared that his wife is usually working, but he had a day off and was there instead. He told me they went to breakfast that morning. We compared local restaurants. I was there a good 15" just chatting. Other customers came and went and the conversation picked up where we left off. Ultimately, the system did not come back on line in the time I was there. I took a photo of my package and his business card as proof of the drop off. Today I looked to see the package was delivered. This is a mom and pop establishment worthy of my patronage.”
