Met with some unfavorable practices by a driver who insisted on a gratuity at the time of delivery and when this was brought up to Orange Transport they immediately reacted to confirm this is NOT required as part of their services and credited my account. “If you ever need a reliable, fast and, informative roadside assistance technician these are the guys. My battery fell dead randomly and I called the guys at Lacoste, I had my car up and back running within 35mins and that’s including the initial phone call. I thought I was about to have to wait for at least an hour if they even come based off my previous dealing with big companies like AAA. Don’t get stuck with a worthless membership when you can call these guys and get the job done so you can move on. Thanks again!!”

“Needed a jump start on my car today and got Armstrong towing through my Mercury insurance. I did have to wait about 1 hour but it was better than other companies that were offered with a wait time of 1.5 to 2 hours . When I called dispatch to get an Eta , I got through right away and the dispatcher was kind and informative. Anthony , my tow guy , was very friendly and courteous. “Wonderful service from the receptionists. We had an issue where they didn’t receive their payment because my insurance sent the check to the wrong bodyshop. They were very patient with us throughout the process, Joel was incredibly helpful in speaking to my insurance adjuster about the situation and they worked it out (Larry, my adjuster can be a hardass). The best we managed to do was sent an email with a picture confirmation that the check had been mailed. I feel terribly sorry that because my actions, we stalled their payment for what is going to be weeks from now but still they let me go to take my car. Beyond kind and professional, who did a wonderful job on the front right of my lexus. I love you guys and wish you the best!”

“I got a flat tire on my way to work and needed a towing truck and they were send to me by someone else but they came within 15min. I met Hugo who helped me tow my car to a tire shop not only did he do that but also towed me to different tire when we found out they had moved. He also was very kind to help me push my fender out when it was pushed in by my tire and even wiped off the tire mark. Very honest man and very kind, will recommend him to all friends and family that may need a tow truck in the sure 10/10 service for sure!!”

“It's suck and unfortunate when you're a car guy and reckless people just happen to hit your brand new car, leaving you in a state of sadness, resentment and searching for ways to reverse the damage. Fortunately for me, i found ICC collision body shop. The driver side door of my BMW M2 was badly damaged. It need to be replaced and also paint match with the adjacent body panels. After reading several reviews of various BMW body shops i decided to go with ICC in Santa Ana. I can safely say that I'm glad i went with ICC because they did a very good job of paint match the color. The door was replaced and they did great putting everything back to where it belong. Overall, ICC came very close, i would say 98% to bringing it back to original pre-collision state. I'm just someone who is really picky therefore i can see some minor defects in craftmanship here and there. But overall I'm happy with the result. I also want to give shout out to Ceasar at ICC. He is very knowledgeable, professional, well communicated and kept his word. Thank you Ceasar and thank you ICC staffs and repair men/women for restoring the car. Recommended.”

I recently brought my Prius to Browning for body damage repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service and transparency were far beyond any expectations I had.
Henry, the estimator, went above and beyond to handle everything with my insurance company. He kept me updated every step of the way and even chased down my adjuster to ensure my deductible was covered when it wasn't initially processed. It was such a relief not to have to worry about all the back-and-forth with the insurance.
As if that wasn't enough, when I picked up my car, not only was the bodywork flawless, but Browning also surprised me by washing my car and filling up my gas tank! It's the little details like that which show how much they truly care about their customers.

“Best place ever! I was fortunate to find the best place in town to revive my old jeep into looking like new! Dave and Milton are a top notch team ! They stuck to their quote and did a fabulous job of turning my black jeep into a unique new pearl teal color that also has some metallic. I knew this would be a challenging task going from Black to a metallic teal and I AM SO HAPPY I found the right team! I went to other places for a quote and was surprised some were not comfortable painting the interior doors etc. Milton kept me informed and was detailed to let me know of the progress.
