“Good welcome, very good breakfast with scrambled eggs and potatoes. The wifi signal is excellent. The room was very spacious and very well equipped with plenty of soaps, shampoo pods, moisturizer, conditioner and coffee pods. Everything was very clean, even the kitchen.All that's missing is to make it perfect: a place to put your soap in the shower, a bedside table and a lamp with sockets near the bed.”

“This hotel was booked for us by a relative and while it was his second choice, it was a way better choice.The staff were friendly and helpful. They answered questions I had about the smoking area, breakfast service and a few tourist questions. It's nice when you have smiles awaiting you each morning.Rooms: While not overly extravegant, the rooms were nice and clean and had a lovely view .”

“This place is horrible!! Do NOT GO HERE!! The kid working the front desk was the only decent thing about this place. The manager who clearly has a an issue with basic communication skills let alone lacks in basic customer service. She needs to be schooled on how to conduct herself as a decent human being, let alone a manger of a business.”

“It was St. Patrick’s weekend and this placed had a NO VACANCY signage proved the long line of “waiting” patrons. Yet as Front Desk staff (Nick) was overwhelmed, he “professionally” remained polite and brief in his conversations; yet offered to go out of his way and brought my luggage up the few flights of stairs (coz there were no more ground floor rooms available for someone on a cane; no elevator).The room was simple and clean, but bathroom smelled a little bit “funky” with A/C not working properly; otherwise it was worth the price (“You get, what you pay for”)…Noteworthy details: Conveniently located right beside the Freeway exit, a few meters fromIn&Out and Gas Station (with their own convenience store).”

“Tucked away off Beach Blvd, and close to the 22 freeway, the BW PGI was a nice place for the most part. The rooms have been upgraded and modernized - as much as is possible with an older structure. The only real complaint we had was the host of ants crawling up the walls and on the counter in the bathroom area. They were pesky! The shower was nice; the towels were pretty good; the pool and hot tub are nice; the breakfast was decent; the staff was helpful and friendly. Yosh was the best! Parking is free. It's well lit during the night. There is a 7-11 just 100 yards away. It's a fairly quiet and comfortable stay.”
