“I used it to go to Disney Park.There is a target across the road which is really convenient.It's about a 30 minute walk to Disney, which is a bit far.The building feels old, but there was a bathtub and the room was generally clean.The members' lounge always has drinks and snacks available for your convenience.The water temperature in the pool was just right and the children had fun playing.”

“We stayed here for a 4 day Disneyland trip booked as part of a Good Neighbor package.The rooms are modern with stylish finishes. The beds were very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after all the walking around at Disney. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which included a made to order omlette station and excellent coffee.There is an ART bus stop right by the entrance that offers transit to and from Disneyland. Buses depart every 15-20 minutes.I would highly recommend Embassy Suites for anyone planning their next Disney vacation.”

“I've been doing Marriotts for quite some time and have a general feel of my expectations. This particular hotel is "okay" at best. The room are in a desperate need of an update. There are nicer Marriott brands on this road.The gym is a joke. The cable machine only partially works. You can't really do any pull ups and you hit your head against the ceiling. They did a weird cut out of the ceiling to allow you to do some sort of a pull up.I was in the 6th floor and found no signs indicating what room numbers were in each hallway. Seems like a decently easy fix.I'll be avoiding this location for future travels (here quarterly)Rooms: Needs to be updated”

“It's quite a nice inn with a great price, the bed is much better than many inn we've been. The little fridge is cold, has all things needed for travelers like iron, hair dryer. The parking is plenty. The ice machine needs quarter to operate but the owner would give you if you don't have. The wifi is available but slow. Our room on second floor has noise knocking from the ceiling may annoy someone from getting to sleep. Other than that it's a great inn. The ac works perfectly.”

“We had a good overall experience during our stay. Rooms are a good size, everything was clean and in good condition. We only had a couple of situations. First the hallway was too noisy. Our room was relatively close to the exit door and it late night people walking, talking and to many door slams. The other thing was a surprise. I wish they would’ve told us you don’t get room service unless you request it. We were out a full day and came back to a room left the same way. Not even towels changed or anything. The front desks explained that the only do room service if you requested so, since it was late and we were tired we slept on a uncleaned room. They said that this hotel policy was in a pamphlet they supposedly gave us. I did it find it though. They did give us clean towels so I’m happy they tried to help out. The rest of the experience was great. I would definitely consider coming back if these two things get cleared out before.Rooms: They are great size and they only do room service if you request it. So make sure you do so before you head out or you’ll sleep in an uncleaned room.”

“The security guard is amazing! Tbh, the staff goes above and beyond to make the stay safe and about the prices... they are in par with all of the other inns in the area! Anyone who complains, I feel, were offended beforehand and had nothing to do with the stay;) There are cameras to show that they actually care for the customers. The rooms are cleaned every day ? ? and the beds are free of bugs! So honestly, I can't say a bad word about it! Close to the 22-freeway, Walmart across the street, & great food with only a 5 minute walk from the front? for the price, location, and service you're not going to get much more. The fact that the front desk is friendly is a bonus. I recommend it to anyone and everyone!Rooms: Clean and clear of issuesWalkability: Everything you need is close by tbh;)Food & drinks: In-n-out and Raising Cane's!”

“Terrible customer servise. Smells bad. Toilet kept getting clogged up. I had to pay the $200 deposit twice just because i wanted to extend my stay. Only because i had to not because it was such a wonderful place i wanted to stay another night, because trust me its not. I had to go to the front evertime i wanted. To use my key because it worked 1 time and then next time i would go to use it it wouldnt work. I will never stay here again. The girls at the desk in the morning are very nice but ever other employee i had to deal with have absolutely no customer service skills.”
