Never been declined to set up a bank account or any account for that matter. After going through their disfunctional website with a disfunctional PDF, I can't say that I think they would provide me a sense of internet security anways. So yeah, thanks for Declining me.

The bank staff working this branch are very rude and mean. Especially the oldest lady.
