“The best in the collision business! I've used 714 Motorsports for my cars and when they opened the Collision side of things with Chuck running it, it was a no brainer to use them. Now it's been multiple years since they opened and literally they have fixed every car I own! They fixed my BMW twice in a 15 month time period since my daughter crashed it two times. Today i picked up my Tesla after being rear ended. While they are not a Tesla certified shop, they do an amazing job. They know exactly what they are doing with Tesla's and you don't have to wait 3 to 5 months to get it fixed. I was able to get my Tesla back within a five week time period, is basically unheard of in the industry right now. Ask for Chuck, he will take care of you.”

“This is the best place in the world. Diego treated me like family. From the very start he was kind, informative, and gave so much guidance on how to deal with repairs and insurance. He fought for me to get the best price. When I brought my car in the first time he promised me it would be all on insurance and nothing would come out of my pocket, and he did exactly that. The repairs made it look like a brand new car and he even used some extra paint to fix some scuffs that weren’t even included in the damage on request and it was no issue. He is so wonderful and patient and knowledgeable. Plus he kept fantastic communication and even if calls got missed he would always follow up with texts. I can’t recommend him enough. “I took my sienna in today to get my windshield replaced and overall my experience with Safelite was great. From the time I got there, I only waited 5 to 10 mins (though I got there before business hours) to check in..I had paid for everything prior (online) so all I had to do was review info they had, hand over my keys and come back when the vehicle was ready. After about an hour and a half, I got a call from Jose who was the technician that worked on my vehicle. “I don't usually write reviews so here goes. I recently had my 2022 Nissan Altima repaired at Tho's Auto Collision and wanted to share the experience. I've had my share of auto collision repairs over the years and rarely does it turn out so favorable. I was a first time walk-in with no appointment and Loan the manager immediately took notice. She took care of everything from the car inspection to dealing with the insurance companies. I didn't have to do a thing other than to give her my insurance info. Loan handled every step of the process. She went over what she thought would need to be repaired or replaced. Loan was very responsive and the car was completed on time and to my satisfaction, 110%. Afterwards she went over everything that was done with me point by point. Here's the part that got to me, she tested every single component of the door that got damaged in front of me to make sure everything was done correctly before she would let me drive off. The attention to detail at this place is off the chart. The best part was that she was able to collect some money for me from the other insurance company for the lost of use while my car was being repaired. I didn't even know that you could do that. How cool was that that? All in all my experience with Tho's Auto Collision was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto collision repair. Thank you again Loan for the amazing job! They should call this place painless and worry free repair because that's what it was to me. Can't say enough about this place.”
