I actually did a quick price comparison on some of his charges for parts and they are indeed less expensive here than at other places! I came in with my car that had just been recovered after it was stolen and trashed. I had no idea if it was okay to drive. My catalytic convertor was recently stolen by someone who feels good about stealing them from the innocent.Customer service was great as they always picked up my phone calls and answered every question. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating of my needs or requests, and they provide advice randomly. Super quick to order parts and repair also. “This is the best place in the world. Diego treated me like family. From the very start he was kind, informative, and gave so much guidance on how to deal with repairs and insurance. He fought for me to get the best price. When I brought my car in the first time he promised me it would be all on insurance and nothing would come out of my pocket, and he did exactly that. The repairs made it look like a brand new car and he even used some extra paint to fix some scuffs that weren’t even included in the damage on request and it was no issue. He is so wonderful and patient and knowledgeable. Plus he kept fantastic communication and even if calls got missed he would always follow up with texts. I can’t recommend him enough. Gives me faith that the world of cars isn’t all bad. Even the other workers there seemed like they were having a good time there. Thank you Diego and crew!”

“My mom's air conditioner was not working and was blowing hot air even with the cold a/c was turned up. The price to add frion was $110 which was much more reasonable than the Honda autoshop quoting a few thousand to take out the whole a/c. Small place but he worked quickly.”

“Was referred to these guys by a good friend and I'm glad I took the recommendation. Both Bobby and his father, whom I just met, were fast as all hell at getting my starter out and the new one back in and best of all they didn't go poking around like a bad dentist looking for any reason to fleece me. They stayed on target and got me outta there in like 30 minutes. Bada-Bing! And my suggestion: Do as I did. If you're gonna bring your own parts BE SURE to bring them OEM parts that've been sourced from a dealer's online systems (many of which, like Tustin Toyota, give 20-40% discounts when buying online) or a reputable OEM vendor using your actual VIN # so you don't waste your time or theirs w the wrong part. So yeah, these guys're honest, fast, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I'd give 10 stars if I could.”

“TLDR: Excellent and professional service in sealing an oil seep of the timing chamber. Additional bonus service in cleaning the entire engine upon opening the hood. Offers both English and Spanish speaking assistance.I always research various auto shops to compare services and pricing. My 2010 Prius had a slow oil seep from the timing chamber. Upon calling Hybrid Auto Club I was greeted by Cesar who I explained that the Toyota dealership offered a $2,500+ price with no explanation to what comes with that service charge. I obviously thought that it is an overcharge to either replace the chamber/large part completely or fulfill dealership quotas. Cesar reassured me with a great explanation on how he and the shop would seal the timing cover detail by detail and at a very reasonable price! I also requested if he could do an inspection to see if there are any potential problems I want to keep track of and was only given simple maintenance procedure to get done soon.Once my car was ready, I was beyond amazed looking under the hood and seeing that the engine was cleaned as if looking at a new engine at a dealership. I had always wanted to care for the engine since over time dust accumulates and it looks filthy. But I did not want to risk cleaning nor washing certain areas where water/soap should not be to avoid damage. This was something I did not request, but am so grateful the shop did to keep the engine clean. Overall, everything went smoothly and accordingly as Cesar had planned and am very grateful for the shop's, knowledge, service and professionalism.Services: General repairs & maintenance”
