SO to be fair we stopped in to grab some cash from the ATM. It was clean, and better yet enclosed requiring you to scan your card to get inside the kiosk. Lots of parking and well away from the collection of stores in this particular strip mall so plenty of parking. I did not interact with any staff

1hr wait for a 5 min transaction. 3 teller and a bunch of other employees just walking around.
