“Nice pet food selection. This Petsmart supports adoptions rather than buying them, which is great. The cat area in the back is the best because they are in an area where they can roam and play instead of being in a cage. This makes it easy to observe their interaction or play with them. The cats are saved from the West Valley kill shelter and the cost is low, just paying for shots, chip, etc. The cats are so friendly and welcoming. Best of all, the manager Vic is not only really knowledgeable, but he adopted one of the cats at Petsmart adoptions, so he is a good example of supporting animal charities.”

I tried the kitty litter and the food he suggested for my bangel cat and it was a huge success. My little kitty is so happy! “Mary goes above and beyond grooming our dogs. She is super sweet to them and they aren't stressed in her salon because she only ever has a couple of dogs in her salon at once. We are very particular about how we like our cavapoo and king charles groomed and Mary always exceeds our expectations. Her prices are comparable to other groomers in the area but her golf star service far surpasses the other salons.”

“I have been a resident of Moorpark for my entire life and I was beyond thrilled when I found out we were getting our own Tractor Supply Co. I shop here religiously and just love the products they carry and how helpful the employees are. That said, as I walked in this morning I was greeted by Mario and he informed me about the upcoming farmer's market and all that it entails. I was so impressed by his candor and his knowledge because it was as if he had the answer to all my questions! He helped me resolve the issues regarding my garden and the recommended the appropriate products. He even helped save me money when I purchased more than one of each item, highlighting the value and quality of Tractor Supplies products. He was just GREAT and trained extremely WELL and embodies the Tractor Supply ethos!!”

“The staff at Theresa's are friendly and knowledgeable. When I had questions regarding specific food and treats for one of my pups with sensitive stomach issues they were able to direct me. They have several whole food options. They also have weekly nail trims for $5.00 per pet. (Technically it's a tip for the staff doing the trimming) my reactive pups sit in my lap during the trimming which seams to be much less stressful than handing them off to a groomer. I highly recommend the wood village location!”

Tony, the current owner and son, is professional, kind and caring. The two guys that work for him regularly delivering hay also reflect the same qualities. They have a great store kitty fun and very healthy for an older cat Mr Wilson. They will carry your food to the car if needed. They also have a teeth cleaning person to keep there teeth healthy. “I am a travel nurse with two awesome Siamese cats. I wanted to update their supplies and Unleashed came highly recommended from my patients. The sales staff was very helpful in their honest opinions for my needs since my cats are not just stay at home, they are on the road in my van with me. The new litter box and supplies work perfectly. The dash sleeping pads are great and the toys are so much fun for them. Prices are surprisingly low and the choices and quality is outstanding!!!! I LOVE this store. “We just adopted our first rescue dog from ARV Simi Valley and it couldn't have gone better! We have a wonderful, adult dog who was rescued from a box next to a dumpster. Luckily, ARV found the most wonderful foster mother for this little one. Her love and care was so evident. This organization is well organized, purposeful, caring, and compassionate. Staci was so efficient in everything involved with the adoption, including the follow-up days after. You never realize there are so many details involved in the adoption process, but they were handled well and we had a great experience. “Really like their delivery program. Ordered 6 bales of Timothy hay for my horse. When it was delivered it was mostly yellow in color I talked dl the rep and she replaced 4 of the bales with fresh new ones for no charge. Also gave me recommendations on amounts of hay/grain recommended has been my first experience with my horse living on my own property. Really friendly and quite convenient!”

“The employees are all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. We do not feed our dogs low quality food as they are on a special diet for their age and health concerns and Petco prices on what we feed them is priced along the line of any other place who sells it (online or in stores). I would hate to see this store closed. Most of the groomers who have done our dogs are great and love pets. My only complaint would be the groomers we really love seem to move on after 6-12 months.”

“I have had the worst day today, and i came in almost 8pm to buy cat food for my cats and he just happened to ask how my day was, and saw how much cat food i was buying, told me about this vital care plan and how it would help me save money. My bill was gonna be 160$ it came down to 114$ im so grateful i ran into him and the other women at the front they were so helpful showed me how to upload my vet bills to the app so it would give me more discounts to help me save on all the cat food i buy for my babies. “I go to PetSmart because they sell special treats that my dogs prefer and I can only find them there. The location I normally go to has been out of stock for a while now. Recently, I was in the Simi Valley area and decided to take a look at the PetSmart there. Thankfully, they had exactly two in stock, and it was buy one get one half off, I bought the last two. This store is a nice store, easy to get around, and I was greeted upon entering by the same pleasant lady that was the cashier.”
