“My first time was a fabulous experience. I was assisted by a wonderful man who was a fount of knowledge! I tried the kitty litter and the food he suggested for my bangel cat and it was a huge success. My little kitty is so happy! I even saved money compared to the other chains I was shopping at previously. I will be returning always. And bless your staff for helping me out to the car with the kitty litter and food! “Mary goes above and beyond grooming our dogs. She is super sweet to them and they aren't stressed in her salon because she only ever has a couple of dogs in her salon at once. We are very particular about how we like our cavapoo and king charles groomed and Mary always exceeds our expectations. Her prices are comparable to other groomers in the area but her golf star service far surpasses the other salons.”

“This review is for Ron. He was great. I went in because I found a flea on my cat & was kinda freaking out, wanting to see if there were any products I'd feel comfortable using. I actually went in two times that day. The first time he spent quite a bit of time w/ me & I ended up buying just a double bladed flea comb that he recommended. The 2nd time was after I used the comb & found more fleas. Ugh. Both times he was friendly & amazing at listening to my concerns about strong chemicals if avoidable, or essential oils that are advertised to naturally treat fleas but are actually harmful to cats. He spent time standing there w/ me looking through all the ingredients of many different products (they have a great selection). Also, he used to be a groomer so he had some knowledge based on that. He really seemed to care & his support meant a lot to me. If you have a need or question, go see Ron! And Ron, I hope you read this. Thank you, I appreciate you.”

“I have no idea why there are mediocre reviews of this establishment. Diane is amazingly knowledgeable and they do a top rate job of caring for people's pets. My dog Millie loves coming here to get her teeth cleaned (no anesthesia!!! $125 cash) and her nails trimmed. Don't listen to the haters. You won't be sorry.”

“Absolutely loved this place and how they helped me so much when it came to questions about puppies and their habits and they don't even make you feel bad when you have to get a muzzle, as if you fail them but let me say, they also have dog training classes here and it's so convenient because you have your pet supply also here. The important part is, they also don't badmouth other pet supply stores because you feel like there is a community with all of them. They have a shared goal and that is, the love of animals with the employees”

“The employees are all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. We do not feed our dogs low quality food as they are on a special diet for their age and health concerns and Petco prices on what we feed them is priced along the line of any other place who sells it (online or in stores). I would hate to see this store closed. Most of the groomers who have done our dogs are great and love pets. My only complaint would be the groomers we really love seem to move on after 6-12 months.”

“I have had the worst day today, and i came in almost 8pm to buy cat food for my cats and he just happened to ask how my day was, and saw how much cat food i was buying, told me about this vital care plan and how it would help me save money. My bill was gonna be 160$ it came down to 114$ im so grateful i ran into him and the other women at the front they were so helpful showed me how to upload my vet bills to the app so it would give me more discounts to help me save on all the cat food i buy for my babies. To find general kindness on such a crappy day was what i needed. They usually are pretty friendly and nice here when i have come in. But so grateful he explained what that membership was! “We've been getting our dog groomed at this location for a few years now, and they have a knack for hiring really caring and awesome grooming staff. The people in the grooming dept are always so sweet with my 13 year old pup, and are gentle with her, too. She has longer quicks on her nails and her nails are dark, so always a pain to trim. They always do a great job with the grinder and she's never bleeding (unlike some other places I've been locally) when we pick her up. She doesn't love baths in general, but they make it the least stressful it can be.”

“We had been so pleased with our doggies from Shelter Hope in the past that we were successful in finding the perfect one again! My husband spotted the new pupper on their website. First we called to make sure that she was still available and then we made an appointment to meet her. Our new 2 year old dog is a dachshund mix which we were excited about because we were familiar with that breed. She is absolutely fantastic! Sweetest dog we have ever had. She had recently given birth and we even got to meet her puppies. We made the introductions with our 8 year old dog and they got along very well. We take many walks per day and now my husband accompanies me on our walks again. She has really enriched our lives.”
