“We just adopted our first rescue dog from ARV Simi Valley and it couldn't have gone better! We have a wonderful, adult dog who was rescued from a box next to a dumpster. Luckily, ARV found the most wonderful foster mother for this little one. Her love and care was so evident. This organization is well organized, purposeful, caring, and compassionate. Staci was so efficient in everything involved with the adoption, including the follow-up days after. You never realize there are so many details involved in the adoption process, but they were handled well and we had a great experience. We're so happy that this little one found us, and that we found ARV.”

“Mary goes above and beyond grooming our dogs. She is super sweet to them and they aren't stressed in her salon because she only ever has a couple of dogs in her salon at once. We are very particular about how we like our cavapoo and king charles groomed and Mary always exceeds our expectations. Her prices are comparable to other groomers in the area but her golf star service far surpasses the other salons.”
“The store manager Jeff is an amazing friendly guy. Has a lot of knowledge about all kinds of pets. Can recommend food for pups, older dogs and cats. They carry all kinds of toys and treats. They have a great store kitty fun and very healthy for an older cat Mr Wilson. They will carry your food to the car if needed. They also have a teeth cleaning person to keep there teeth healthy. All 4 of the Healthy Pet stores are great stores. Helpful friendly good group of people.”

“I am a travel nurse with two awesome Siamese cats. I wanted to update their supplies and Unleashed came highly recommended from my patients. The sales staff was very helpful in their honest opinions for my needs since my cats are not just stay at home, they are on the road in my van with me. The new litter box and supplies work perfectly. The dash sleeping pads are great and the toys are so much fun for them. Prices are surprisingly low and the choices and quality is outstanding!!!! I LOVE this store. “I have been using Agoura feed for years and am super happy with their service. I love that they are a small business that used to be run by no one better than Mom. Tony, the current owner and son, is professional, kind and caring. The two guys that work for him regularly delivering hay also reflect the same qualities. Recently, I needed some extra help because of the rain and Tony went above and beyond to make my life easier and help me with my animals needs so they could be more comfortable. I am super grateful for his help and his wonderful feed store. He always has what I need.”

“Absolutely loved this place and how they helped me so much when it came to questions about puppies and their habits and they don't even make you feel bad when you have to get a muzzle, as if you fail them but let me say, they also have dog training classes here and it's so convenient because you have your pet supply also here. The important part is, they also don't badmouth other pet supply stores because you feel like there is a community with all of them. They have a shared goal and that is, the love of animals with the employees”

“I have had the worst day today, and i came in almost 8pm to buy cat food for my cats and he just happened to ask how my day was, and saw how much cat food i was buying, told me about this vital care plan and how it would help me save money. My bill was gonna be 160$ it came down to 114$ im so grateful i ran into him and the other women at the front they were so helpful showed me how to upload my vet bills to the app so it would give me more discounts to help me save on all the cat food i buy for my babies. To find general kindness on such a crappy day was what i needed. They usually are pretty friendly and nice here when i have come in. But so grateful he explained what that membership was! “We've been getting our dog groomed at this location for a few years now, and they have a knack for hiring really caring and awesome grooming staff. The people in the grooming dept are always so sweet with my 13 year old pup, and are gentle with her, too. She has longer quicks on her nails and her nails are dark, so always a pain to trim. They always do a great job with the grinder and she's never bleeding (unlike some other places I've been locally) when we pick her up. She doesn't love baths in general, but they make it the least stressful it can be.”
