When I was asked, do you need help, sir by another individual who has been there for years he only showed me what I guess he wanted me to see. But however, he did not listen to me. Cory L. Came over and said sir is there anything I can help you with. After explaining to him what I needed, he did not only go through the complete process of how a customer should be treated. I don’t know him personally, but I do know the type of character as well as the moral fiber he is made of. He also helped me purchase as well as pushing the shopping cart to the checkout. And proceeded to go far and beyond any requirements of an employee. Also thanks to GREG, which has been there for years noticed it. However, if you have employees there for 2 or 3 years and they treat other customers like they treated me. What kind of review would you expect me to leave? COREY, L. Should be in a management supervisor or supervisor position. Because he is what made my experience at Home Depot worth coming back and spending the tens of thousands of dollars that I do yearly at your establishment. Truly, Robert Mirabilio.”

“Wonderful service! I hauled my old singer into the store because I couldn't figure out after a couple hours of trying why it wasn't working properly. The owner ask me what type of fabric I was sewing on and suggested a different needle which he sold me. I took the machine back home and Voila!!!!....it worked perfectly! He could've suggested a complete overhaul costing me a lot more than the $8 I spent on the new needles, but instead told me to try the new different needles first. What a guy!!!! I'm going to bring my Kirby vacuum in next! I highly recommend this company for your sewing machine repairs and vacuum cleaners!”

“Had a great experience here and now know that great people do work here.I'm working on a breakout panel for my back yard and often go to the electrical area to see if the parts I need are there. They might be but I'm not an electrician and the experience is more like going to the refrigerator over and over only to hope something wonderful has arrived, only to see us the same as 5 minutes ago To my Astonishment I was as approached by Tina, who did not look like a roughneck whatsoever and she asked, can I help you?Blown away, it's never like this at home Depot, you have to hunt someone down, I told her what I was trying to do and she immediately started pulling parts!Wow!I ended up thinking this was still above my head and she hooked me up with home depots network of professional services which I have a meeting with this week.Tremendous value from the observations of the part that employees only stock shelves and seal with customers only if they ask.Wonderful experience.”

The customer service was amazing from John Bryarly, Daniel Gutierrez, April Hernandez, and most of all from their manager Dennis Petty. When I had trouble navigating through the store there were people who were available to help. The pricing of the lumber was good in comparison to other competitors. Overall I actually enjoyed going there and I will in the future if I ever need something.”
