When I had trouble navigating through the store there were people who were available to help. The pricing of the lumber was good in comparison to other competitors. Overall I actually enjoyed going there and I will in the future if I ever need something.”

“I came to return some items several times. Cynthia has helped me and another young lady Azalea but their both amazing. Their always with smiles and a positive attitude. Also another lady Betty has helped me in the past to find products I needed. The two gentleman in lumbar. Their Hispanic I think their in charge of that area. I can't recall their names but they got an accent. Those guys are amazing and deliver the best service.”

“I bought a brand new MacBook back in April 2023. To make a long story short, I took it to Apple in July, because I noticed it had problems charging. Apple said it needed a new logic board and when they went to open up the computer they said it had extensive water damage. The computer was brand new and I had absolutely no idea how I got it. I was all ready to pay the $300 have Apple repair it, but I thought it would be worth asking Best Buy to pick up the cost. After all, the computer was brand new and I had Total Tech. Well, were they totally willing to send out the computer to Apple, but they offered to replace my computer for free. Now this is the way to do business. Thank you to Joel and the entire Genius Bar Team. I plan on purchasing a Desktop within the next couple of months and will definitely be coming back to this location. A big thank you. Saved me a lot of unnecessary stress.”

“Had a great experience here and now know that great people do work here.I'm working on a breakout panel for my back yard and often go to the electrical area to see if the parts I need are there. They might be but I'm not an electrician and the experience is more like going to the refrigerator over and over only to hope something wonderful has arrived, only to see us the same as 5 minutes ago To my Astonishment I was as approached by Tina, who did not look like a roughneck whatsoever and she asked, can I help you?Blown away, it's never like this at home Depot, you have to hunt someone down, I told her what I was trying to do and she immediately started pulling parts!Wow!I ended up thinking this was still above my head and she hooked me up with home depots network of professional services which I have a meeting with this week.Tremendous value from the observations of the part that employees only stock shelves and seal with customers only if they ask.Wonderful experience.”
