“1st time coming to this Ace Hardware. Its nothing like the one in Oxnard or Ventura. This store was cleaner, brighter, and more organized, and employees were all so rriendly and helpful. I am not saying I dislike the Ventura and oxnard 6 they are just different. The best way i can put it is the one in Thousand Oaks feels like it's run more professiinally. Not only was it bigger with kore variety, it also seemed to have better prices”
“I went to DIY because I get great customer service. I needed 2 tires for my dolly and had no idea what size of tire to buy or how to put the new ones on.Marcos the GM and Jesse said no problem. The tires I picked up were wrong so Marcos got the right ones and Jesse proceeded to take the old ones with help from Marcos.Jesse quickly put the new ones on.Team work!! Means everything in retail. I am a happy customer and wanted to pass it on.”

I underestimated Trevor, I thought he was young and wouldn’t know anything. The customer service was amazing from John Bryarly, Daniel Gutierrez, April Hernandez, and most of all from their manager Dennis Petty. When I had trouble navigating through the store there were people who were available to help. The pricing of the lumber was good in comparison to other competitors. Overall I actually enjoyed going there and I will in the future if I ever need something.”

Also another lady Betty has helped me in the past to find products I needed. The two gentleman in lumbar. Their Hispanic I think their in charge of that area. I can't recall their names but they got an accent. Those guys are amazing and deliver the best service.”

“Had a great experience here and now know that great people do work here.I'm working on a breakout panel for my back yard and often go to the electrical area to see if the parts I need are there. They might be but I'm not an electrician and the experience is more like going to the refrigerator over and over only to hope something wonderful has arrived, only to see us the same as 5 minutes ago To my Astonishment I was as approached by Tina, who did not look like a roughneck whatsoever and she asked, can I help you?Blown away, it's never like this at home Depot, you have to hunt someone down, I told her what I was trying to do and she immediately started pulling parts!Wow!I ended up thinking this was still above my head and she hooked me up with home depots network of professional services which I have a meeting with this week.Tremendous value from the observations of the part that employees only stock shelves and seal with customers only if they ask.Wonderful experience.”
