I walked in desperately seeking for help on a 2 week old baby kitten I found. First person I saw was Vanessa and once I voiced out my help, Vanessa was on it within a matter of seconds. I was led straight to the aisle I had to be in. I wasn't left to wonder on my own, Vanessa was there gathering everything I needed all while educating me on the basics to save this kitten.
