“This branch of CB&T is AMAZING! All of the staff are super helpful and friendly! I bank here because I'm treated like a human being, not just another number like many of the big national banks.
Idolina, the branch manager, provides fantastic customer service, and so do the tellers Kathryn and Fusako.
I used to dread going to the bank when I banked with the big national ones because I would often wait 45 minutes in line just to make a deposit! Ridiculous! At this branch there's almost never a wait, score!

“This is one of the very best branches . I go out of my way to come here . My office is in Brentwood, we live in marina Del Rey and I come to Manhattan beach because of the exceptional service. I came in today and was greeted by not one person , but two beautiful young ladies at the front entrance. Today my teller was Gloria . I asked if Alex was available but he was assisting another customer . I told her he spoiled us with outstanding service the last 2 times we were here . Gloria said she would be more than happy to help us . She was amazing . She was very warm and friendly and very patient with us . She recommended a special program that would offer me a much higher interest rate. I was very impressed. Gloria was simply amazing . The management is doing a great job in providing outstanding service to all of their clients. We got a chance to say hello to Alex who is awesome ! And don't forget , they have the best gourmet coffee and hot chocolate. Thank you Gloria for a great experience today ... and a special thank you to Danny who helped my daughter!”

“Highly recommend this bank and this branch. This branch of Bank of America is certainly way more different than any other banking branch I have ever been. The branch manager Jack, went above & beyond. Not even he helped me get started with BofA he also helped me get my first credit card with BofA as well. He made sure my mobile banking is up & running. Indeed he helped me use my phone at the ATM. I have been dealing with fraud situation at Wells Fargo where instead of helping me get my money back they made it harder for me to protect my identity and my Financials. So leaving them and joining BofA changed my perspective about banking.”
