“We have a new puppy and noticed blood in his stool. I called all over the Sacramento area to find an immediate vet appointment with no luck. When I called Natomas VCA, they made an exception and got us in first thing the following morning. The staff was amazing, no wait time to be seen, and Dr. Miller showed compassion and concern for both our puppy and us. The next day, I received a follow up text from the vet tech, Natalie, checking in to see how our baby was doing. When the test results came back, I received a call from Dr. Miller informing us that our puppy had Giardia, and would need medications. My husband picked up the meds same day, and our baby is on his way to recovery. This is the best vet clinic I’ve ever been to and I highly recommend them!”

“Of course, we all want excellent care and availability for our pets but often can't see spending as much for their medical care as we might spend for our own. I think the pricing was reasonable. There are frequently "visiting" or associate vets; as Dr. Mandell has both her practice and an outside life. (obviously reasonable). Dr. Mandell takes time in each office visit so she is often running late. But that's fine because she takes whatever time is necessary during your visit. She renders her opinion frankly and directly which I appreciate. Some may find it "rude", I find it refreshing. I'd give five stars if I could always see Dr. Mandell and not an occasional fill in vet.”
