“I can't speak to their tint work but I did purchase an audio deck for my truck. I was skeptical about this shop due to the low Yelp stars and can possibly understand why. I went with a lower end midrange deck and when I picked it up after approximately $900, the bluetooth for my phone did not work and the install of the deck itself was not up to my standards. The spacing was off on the sides of the deck which bugged me. I contacted the store who fixed the spacing and the phone bluetooth. I took it home and drove it and there were intermittent issues with the deck again which caused me to have to take it back in, again. Obviously frustrated at this point I did not like the deck I purchased and voiced my frustration with the lack of quality installation. I spoke to RICARDO who advised he was the lead technician and put me on the right deck for me, and made sure to fix every issue I have had up until that point. All in all I am very pleased with the overall service and quality of product I now own. I love the deck and quality of sound and if you choose to do business here, atleast make sure you have a lead technician and if possible have Ricardo do the work himself. He was very professional and knew his expertise.”
