This is the worst shipping company in the business. They had my $1000 ac unit at their facility for three weeks and wouldn't deliver. They finally made an appointment and I sat at home all Saturday waiting for it. At 300 in the afternoon I received a delivery confirmation saying it was delivered when it wasn't. I had to wait all weekend stressing that they lost my $1000 purchase and on Monday they said they still they had it and weren't sure why I received a delivery confirmation. Today I drove an hour to Sacramento to pick it up and they say they don't have it. I refused the delivery and now have to dispute the charges and wait a month to get my money back. Never use this company.

Avoid at all cost! Would rate 0 stars if possible Took two days off work to be available for shipments based off their tracking. Even called me a day ahead of time to confirm. Then they cancel at the end of day both times. Avoid at all cost!

This is the 3rd time a return pick-up for a KING size mattress was a NO-SHOW! It's gotten so frustrating that I can't acquire the right mattress unless this "wrong" mattress is returned. Please please please

Negative stars should be a thing, they earned negative 19 on my experience. Company keeps changing the dates of delivery of furniture they have had over a week. Merchant can’t get them on the phone and I’ve taken time off of work twice only for them to not show up. ???????

worst freight company ever three days shipping service is a joke and cost us time and money. If you offer a service that is supposed to be expedited do not have the shipment take a whole week to come in. i think your tracking is a joke and customer service can do better at fixing a problem instead of saying they deemed your shipment not crucial enough to get it out in a timely manner. we will never ever use your service again and hope that people do not use the service either.

I ordered a furniture product from a local business who gave me a tracking number and the shipping company. Everything was moving along until I was called by the delivery driver at approximately 1:30pm who advised me because my vehicles were in the driveway, he can't put the pallet from the truck there. I advised him that the 3 box packages can be placed on my porch. He stated that he couldn't do that. I then called my neighbor so as to place it on there driveway. The driver then abruptly left saying he called dispatch. I was watching this on my security cameras.I called Estes dispatcher who advised me that the package will be delivered between 4:00and 4:30 pm that same day. Of course when they didn't show up, I called as requested by Steve and Keith to call them back at (504) 667-5018. Of course at 4:47 pm, the business was closed even though the hours were operational until 5:00pm. I am now calling the company I ordered the furniture from and either canceling with a reason why (your company) or asking for a more reliable shipping company such as FedEx or UPS. Terrible way to do business. I will not ever recommend your company.Sure you can say I'm only one person but they add up and social media can be my friend in this situation. Nobody at your company appears to even care.Good luckMichael

Incompetence is the word that comes to mind in dealing with Estes. I'm on my 5th promised delivery date and still no delivery. They gave me 4 hour windows each time but failed to notify me that the delivery was not happening for some lame excuse so I've wasted 20 hours waiting so far and had workers on site waiting for a promised shipment that didn't happen. Like the company rep on this site expresses, I've gotten a lot of "apologies" , but still no delivery. I would avoid this company at all costs. They should get a minus star rating!

My delivery guy Kent was outstanding! He helped me with the large package and was very kind and courteous. If all your delivery guys are half as good, you will be a well respected company. The girls in the office (Ursula, Carolyn and Rachel) were all very nice and helpful. Very happy with the service. If I could give 6 stars I would!

The worst ltl company I've ever used. Freight was a week late. Sat in a dc for over 3 days. Everytime I called they just promised me the next day but it never came. Never use estes. I'd pay extra not to use this useless company

Wish I could give ZERO stars. This company is contracted by Lowes to ship a pergola we purchased weeks ago. Was supposed to have it last Wednesday, and have had no real updates and its been "out for delivery" for 4 business days now.No communication, minimal updates, Lowes absolutely penny pinching and going with the cheapest option for shipping without any regard to their customers.

Ordered a pergola and the manufacturer sent it to Estes Trucking to deliver to me. Estes Trucking called me and said I needed to supply 2 people to unpallet and unload the item as their lift could not handle the 10 foot pergola. Why did they agree to deliver an item they could not handle was my question. I called Lowes and the manufacturer said he had received other complaints about Estes Trucking and was authorizing white glove treatment. I called and left a message for Estes Trucking after being told they would call me, but they never returned my call. They ended up delivering my pergola to Lowes and Lowes will be delivering it tomorrow. Lowes said they never heard of a company doing what Estes Trucking was telling me. Do not let any company you deal with use Estes Trucking, unless it is something small.
