My delivery guy Kent was outstanding! He helped me with the large package and was very kind and courteous. If all your delivery guys are half as good, you will be a well respected company. The worst ltl company I've ever used. Freight was a week late. Sat in a dc for over 3 days. Everytime I called they just promised me the next day but it never came. Never use estes. I'd pay extra not to use this useless company

My shipment was delayed twice, with no information until I called and waited on hold for ages to find out what was going on. Shipment left outside when it was supposed to be inside (very stressful - it was in direct sun and was not supposed to be), but after calling, they returned and placed it inside.
