I left word for Dr. Fatima and her staff called me back & scheduled a time to speak with Dr. Fatima and I got the care I needed. I've been with Dr. Fatima for many years and I find her to be a very thorough Dr., very attentive, listens, & doesn't always prescribe medication right away but alternative methods, which I really like.”

“I had an appointment with Dr. Grigoryan today after waiting about three months to be seen. I'm so glad I chose Dr. Grigoryan from the doctors I had screened. From the moment I walked in, her staff was polite and professional. I arrived 15-20 minutes early in case there were additional forms to complete, though I had done everything online, which I greatly appreciated.
After my information was verified, the MAs took my vitals, and Dr. Grigoryan saw me right on time. She spent a solid 45 minutes with me, thoroughly reviewing my chart, family history, and patient history, and genuinely showed interest in what brought me to her as a new patient. She asked all the right questions and was respectful, nice, and attentive. I valued her insights and initial diagnosis of my concerns.
What impressed me even more was that I could do all my lab work right there at her office, rather than going to a separate laboratory. Since I wasn’t fasting, I'll be returning next week for that. The office is welcoming and chic, and parking was super easy. Despite having other patients waiting, Dr. Grigoryan never rushed me, showing her genuine care for patient well-being.
Thank you, Dr. Grigoryan and staff, for making my first visit memorable. I'm looking forward to future visits for my general health.”
“Since my student health center at my college was not available, I looked for an urgent care nearby. I did a quick search via Yelp and read the reviews for Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center and decided to visit their website to schedule an appointment to be seen that day. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour! I called to check what the cost of the initial consultation would be and it was very competitive compared to other urgent cares. I loved how the location was easily accessible via public transportation as I can't even imagine parking in K-Town, lol.Upon arrival I let the receptionist know I was there for my appointment and she gave me a few short forms to fill out. I was paying out of pocket and she let me know the consultation cost and I confirmed I wanted to continue. I was brought back promptly by the nurse who took my vitals. Not more than two minutes later the Dr came in and did my assessment and was able to prescribe the medicine to be picked up at the receptionist desk. I appreciated the Dr's kind. bedside manner and I did not feel rushed.Upon checking out my total was under $100 and I was quite grateful.If I ever need another urgent care visit, I will come back to this clinic!”

Called for a emergency exam and I was able to walk in without I electronically electronically fill out my forms and Insuance info and the front the front staff took care ofThe rest. I was seen by a highly experienced PA-c. The PA examined me thoroughly and gave his diagnosis. I am grateful to PA and the urgent care team at exer for getting me and out on a timely manner. “Unfortunately been here twice in the past week.. but that's another story. Let's focus on the establishment and their services. I was greeted kindly, and efficiently. The exchange of insurance, information, and paperwork was done in a timely manner, then was led into one of the exam rooms which was clean and tidy. Nurse took vitals and basic info then the doctor came in not too long after that. Got a thorough, attentive and professional evaluation, at which point was recommended a shot. believe it or not, adults get a little nervous too and need to hold someone's hand. I was fortunate enough to have a super nice nurse and very special person there by my side, so Thank you D.S! Free parking lot is always a plus. ..and, yes.. I'll be ok :)”
“Stopped in today for a primary care visit. Mary at the front desk was incredibly helpful with a problem that came up with our insurance. She went above and beyond, sitting on hold with and calling the nearly 5 different insurance lines we were re-directed about. I cannot say enough good things about her competence, perseverance, composure, generosity, and compassion. Doctor Barseghian came out to help and provide options as well as advice. Her attitude was so kind, gracious, and caring--you can tell that she is passionate about providing care to all. Her demeanor made the extremely difficult situation feel not so dire. “I had a very specific skin issue that I needed urgent care for. I probably ended up calling ten other places only to hear they couldn’t help me, I’m glad I made one more call here. I explained my situation to them & they said they could help me right away. I drove over & was seen immediately. Dr. Cho & her team are very organized, detailed & professional. I even got a follow up call 2 days later by Rachel to check up on me & see how I was doing.

“This clinic is one of the best I have ever been, people here are so compassionate, attentive, loving, and knowledgeable. Dr. Nusinovich is very attentive, always listens, and asks the right questions, he wants to help you to be healthy, he loves his job and his patients. Nurses are as kind and loving as your favorite auntie. I have a very unusual medical case, I survived a car accident that led me into a long coma, and a lot of injuries, I am living with TBI, a big part of my brain was destroyed, and I was with a very indifferent PCP and neurologist before Prestige Medical Center. After I was assigned to this center, I asked to help me find a good neurologist who could finally help me, they assisted me a lot with my search, provided lists of doctors, made calls for me, and with the help of the clinic’s staff I finally found an amazing neurologist. They are very busy, but I did put in some work myself, if you want to change and be healthy you gotta do the work too. I am very grateful for everything Prestige Medical Center and Dr. Nusinovich do for my well-being.”
