Dr. Avanes is extremely thorough, uses tests so no "guess work" but really wants to find the source of medical issues in order to resolve them the best way possible. Dr. Ocampian is the same. “I Had to see the Super Doctor Elizabeth Grigoryan (Dr Hottie) for authorization for treatment. I was greeted by an angel-like person her name is Arina, and she made sure I filled out the form correctly so you are ready to see the Doctor. She is very professional, and her smile will tell you, you're in the best hands here.I give her 5 stars and a twist. I bet her parents are proud because she is pretty damn good at taking care of business in Dr. Elizabeth Grigoryan office.. Btw even a blind man could tell Arina is Fire ( Fire When something is described as "fire," it means it is exceptional or impressive)”
“Since my student health center at my college was not available, I looked for an urgent care nearby. I did a quick search via Yelp and read the reviews for Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center and decided to visit their website to schedule an appointment to be seen that day. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour! I called to check what the cost of the initial consultation would be and it was very competitive compared to other urgent cares. I loved how the location was easily accessible via public transportation as I can't even imagine parking in K-Town, lol.Upon arrival I let the receptionist know I was there for my appointment and she gave me a few short forms to fill out. I was paying out of pocket and she let me know the consultation cost and I confirmed I wanted to continue. I was brought back promptly by the nurse who took my vitals. Not more than two minutes later the Dr came in and did my assessment and was able to prescribe the medicine to be picked up at the receptionist desk. I appreciated the Dr's kind. bedside manner and I did not feel rushed.Upon checking out my total was under $100 and I was quite grateful.If I ever need another urgent care visit, I will come back to this clinic!”

“Dr. Massachi has a remarkable ability to make you feel comfortable and cared for, even during the most challenging health issues. I came to him as a second opinion in regards a health concern I had but immediately realized I should've come to him as my Primary care physician. Not only did him & his staff take the time to understand my concerns, answer my questions, and explain complex medical information to me but they also took the time to further research a Pharmacy that had the proper medication available as soon as possible closer to my home. I was afraid they wouldn't take my health insurance but to my surprise they do take insurance which was Amazing! This level of patient-centered care is rare and greatly appreciated. “Super speedy wait times! The entire staff was very welcoming and attentive. I was really sick with food poisoning and they got me in and out in a timely manner while still making me feel heard and like I was receiving the best care possible. Grateful to the whole staff!”
“I came in skeptical of the practice due to reviews but I my need of relief overcame the skeptisim.The receptionist was very nice and warm. She made the check in easy even if they didn't take my insurance. It was worth the 135 dollars. The nurse who took my vitals was amazing. She asked what was my reason for visiting and what concerns I had. I didn't have to wait too long. I went in roughly 6:40pm and came out 8:10 pm. If I had went to the E.R I would've spend hours just waiting. As for the attending doctor,I think her name might have been Christine. She was amazing. She helped me where 3 other doctors failed to hear me out. Same day relief and listened to my concerns in regards to our plan of attack for my stubborn ear infection that I had ongoing for four months. I know now where to go if I have any problems where the E.R or my primary cant/ won't resolve. Will be reccomending to anyone that needs urgent care.”
“My last visit was not so great. I brought my dear sweet Mother here. She was very ill. It took the receptionist over an hour for us to be seen by a doctor. Her name was Alli. She was rude and dismissive. I got the feeling she was a racist. My Mother and I are African Americans. We finally saw NP Cristina. She was cool. Overall I give our experience here a C+. “I’m actually really pleased with this urgent care clinic the doctor was so nice he actually took care and time he was very professional. I got some test done and they actually call me to follow up with the results. The waiting time was short the clinic was very clean and the nurses were very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this place.”

Called for a emergency exam and I was able to walk in without I electronically electronically fill out my forms and Insuance info and the front the front staff took care ofThe rest. I was seen by a highly experienced PA-c. The PA examined me thoroughly and gave his diagnosis. I am grateful to PA and the urgent care team at exer for getting me and out on a timely manner. I would highly recommend this urgent care to my friends and family.”

“I love how Dr Arévalo takes care of me. I have been going to that clinic for years. Lately, I've been calling, and after 10 minutes on hold, they hang up on me. There have been 6 times that I have spoken at different times and THEY DON'T ANSWER! The service of Dr Arévalo; It's unique. Super professional and listens to my questions and/or doubts. Please talk to the people in charge of the phone. If they don't like their job, let them quit!!!”

“That is my primary doctor’s office, I was introduced to the weight loss program using the Ozempic injection. They have carefully kept an eye on me weekly. I go in there for my weight and measurements. Checking vitals and follow up with the doctors. It’s been wonderful their very friendly prompt to listen to any situation, you may be facing. For me because they are my primary doctors. Of course it’s to see if anything is going on other than the weight loss program. I highly recommend this clinic. They are patient and address all issues very thoroughly. The attending nurse Jenny is an amazing person, very caring & quick to assist the patients with anything beyond her duties to help.Can’t say enough about the whole team there!!!❤️”

We encountered a speed bump during the basic procedure and she was communicative about possible outcomes and next steps. When everything worked out, I appreciated her transparency after about being nervous it wasn’t going to work out how we had hoped. It added a very human touch to our interaction!
