“I'm giving it 5 stars because everyone that works there is very knowledgeable. I don't always buy from Best Buy because they don't always have the best price but this time I did. I usually go there to get info but I had visited the Samsung booth for some info on my old phone and they had a special going and I ended up buying a new Galaxy S9+ with $300 off. Verizon only offered me 30 bucks for my phone my Best Buy was able to qualify me for an upgrade so I was quite happy about that and I'm loving my new phone. I'm not a fan of the $30 restocking fee if you return something but I understand.”
