Have sent 2 emails to customer service inquiring about a piece of jewelry I was interested in purchasing but never got any response. Would not purchase anything from them at this point.

I love this store when I used to live in the Antelope Valley where they actually had a physical location. But this one does not exist for in-store shopping, and should be updated so people don’t drive over believing there is.

I made this order from May 26, I paid for it to arrive in 2 days and until May 31 they did not send it, this hurt me because I had to travel.That's why I paid extra, for fast delivery
