Navigating health care as a patient can be tricky. The West Hills Providence team is friendly and helpful.I recently needed help with an authorization for care - Rosie, from the referral department, and Steve were more than happy to help push it forward for approval. I avoided paying out of pocket for an urgent specialist visit.Feeling very grateful for their help.

The worst experience ever!!! The office has been closed for more than three weeks, no one answers the phone and the funniest part is asking for refill does not count as an emergency situation, this is ridiculous!!!! What if someone is taking a medication which is vital for her/his condition, the lady, Claudia, who answered the phone for emergency situation, just hung up on me, that is shameful ??????????

This place is bad. Office is noisy, but receptionists do the best they can. As for some nurses and doctors, let's say you are not a priority. They make you wait for a long time in the exam room and don't even apologize for the wait. If it happens once, you understand (maybe a busy day or so). But when it happens consistently, that's a habit and a bad one. Look elsewhere.

I’ve been going there for 5 years now, it’s been great for me. Never had to wait more than 30 mins to be seen, usually I wait about 5-10 mins in the waiting room and they bring me in. When I need something like a prescription refill I just message my doctor through MyChart and quickly responds and sends it to the pharmacy or if a need a form filled out I do the same thing, I just scanned it in a and send it through msg and they respond quickly.

If I could give Dr. Iqbal a ZERO STAR, I would. I have never seen a doctor so afraid of this virus. He should stay home. He insists you stay far from him. I took my mother to see him after her heart attack. We waited 49 minutes, when he finally came to the room, he slowly and barely opened the door and asked me to move to the other side of the room. Sat behind the computer asking questions for 20 minutes and left. Never order lab work or APPROACHED MY MOTHER TO HEAR HER HEART OR ANY VIRAL. LOUSY DOCTOR!!!

Dr nili NEEDS new front desk reps!!!! The woman who called me on the phone was very VERY rude and they are always very room. I will never refer to my friends and family. Please stay far away. You pay for your visit and insurance for a front desk rep to speak to you in any kind of way is just beyond me. You have to do better

Dr. Nili's office lost my July 2020 CT scan amendment report send to her by Prohealth on 7/23/2020. On 7/28/2020, I had to ask Prohealth to send them another one (Prohealth told me the evidence that the report was sent to her on 7/23/2020) It was a very serious amendment regarding probable malignancy in my body and recommended to have a PET/CT done ASAP. Then I called Dr. Nili's office and asked some questions, Dr. Nili's nurse Army kept on talked over me and never intended to listen to what my questions were. On top of that she lied to me about the lost report. Then Dr. Nili called me back but she did not listen to my questions either. Worse of all, Dr. Nili hanged up on me. Later, she informed me that she had issued an referral order on PET/CT as recommended by Prohealth's doctor. But she did not give me the actual referral order, she only sent a letter informing me of it. In this case, I did not know what the order was, who will do the PET/CT, whom did she send the referral order to. She did not send the order to me. On 7/28/2020, I send two messages through the her office's "My Chart" to Dr. Nili asking for the order and more information, And I also left an telephone message to follow up my 2 written messages, As of today, I have not yet heard from Dr. Nili. This is a very bad medical practice. After going there for 42 years, Dr. Nili's office is treating me, an senior citizen, like trash. Where is their ethics? Later, I had to talk to the Providence data office to find out what was going on and to get an actual referral order, without it, I cannot even have the PET/CT done by any provider.

I saw Dr. Iqbal and was pleased. Kind, down-to-earth, great interpersonal skills, took his time, and answered all my questions. He has many good reviews throughout the web, so here's one more.

Made a same day appt with Alpa Patel PA, she is wonderful, but this day was a sad day. After her MA Sylvestre called me into exam room, we walked in and he did an H & P, before he performed an ECG i asked to use the bathroom, so I walked out right across the hall ( maybe 5 minutes) upon walking back I noted the exam door closed ( thought that's kinda weird) not until the next morning while pulling out my wallet to pay for things, I realized my hundred dollar bill went missing. This was the only place I went before home. No way on earth my husband stole it from me, makes sense now why the MA closed the door. Want everyone to know no matter what even for a few minutes, NEVER leave your personal belongings behind. I trusted this MA because I have been going to this office for a long time. Little pun prob did not think I would figure this out. I noticed one other thing he was very fidgety with me, hmmm I wonder why? Maybe its bc he was just in my damn purse!! : ((

They're great while you use them, then suddenly you change insurance and you have to get a new doctor and it takes months of multiple phone calls to get them to transfer 10% of their records over. Spent 2 months now trying to get our son's immunization records for a baseball camp we already paid for. Avoid them like the plague unless you plan on this being the doctor for the rest of your natural born life.

I saw Dr. Nili for the first time today, fantastic personality and knowledgeable so I give her 5 star, however, did not like the office in general, staff have no smile on their face and front desk does not know details about cash prices. BTW I am A. O. just using my husband's acct.

I saw Dr. Nili on 1/29/18 as a new patient. I was way past due for a physical because I always hate what's involved and the testing that has to be done. Dr. Nili has an amazing bedside manner. She not only asked me some important questions that I never would have thought of, she answered all my weird ones as well. She was thorough and professional. I love that this group has an online chart system that allows you access to all your medical test results, and it allows you to send messages to your doctor. I'm in my 50's and have never felt this comfortable with my healthcare provider as I am now. Office staff was amazing and friendly as well. 5 starts isn't enough.

By far the worst customer service. Receptionist was too busy eating pepperidge farm house cookies to acknowledge that I was standing there waiting. Mind you I'm handicapped holding a massive tablet, from which I paid my Co-pay. Please tell me what is the point of her Job Computers are already handling it flawlessly. In addition, we were placed in a room with debris all over the floor from previous children that had been seen. Once seen by the Dr, she never order a culture yet prescribed antibiotics. Unfortunately unless you know exactly what your child has, they are not willing to do the work to diagnose properly.
