“I have been a regular at Orangetheory for about 5 years now. It is the absolute greatest way to start my day!!! Every single one of the instructor/coaches are amazing. “I have been going to classes at OrangeTheory for about three months now and can't say enough great things. I am usually kind of a lone wolf and don't enjoy group workouts, but I hit a plateau and really needed to be pushed out of my normal routine. Not only do I regularly hit 450-500 calorie burns, but I notice that my strength has increased very quickly. I have a huge fear of bulking up, but I haven't noticed any issues at all. Everything's been lean muscle and the next day I feel it, but I don't feel overly sore or too tired to continue. The space is clean, well-maintained, and well air-conditioned (it's cool even in the valley summer heatwave), the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and there's never any standing around wasting time. I can't stand gym chit-chat so I love that even for a group workout, I can just focus on my own exercise and have my centering time. The OrangeTheory heart monitors are amazing-- I get really competitive and I love trying to beat my records. I am strongly considering upping my membership to go more often.”

“After my previous CrossFit gym location closed, I searched for another gym and came across Just Train. I was immediately connected to one of the gym managers Brian who was very responsive and set me up right away. It can be very intimidating to try a new gym but the managers, coaches, and members at Just Train have gone above and beyond making me feel acclimated. Coaches are very attentive and provide active feedback which I very much appreciate. It felt like an easy transition and on top of that the facility itself is the nicest I’ve been to. Very spacious and the equipment is in great shape.”

“Most amazing gym I have ever been to. I'm the guy that has always signed up for the gym, but never went. My whole life I have struggled with being overweight. There's some thing about Hardcore fitness that is special. The staff, the atmosphere. It just all vibes. From being greeted by a warm smile, the minute you walk in, all of the staff there is there to assist you and make your experience pleasurable. They're boxing classes and body sculpting classes are great and scheduled at convenient times of the day. Everything is very spaced out and comfortable. Their private training is next level. I lost over 55 pounds in less than six months working out twice a week with Mattan. Hardcore Fitness has truly changed my life.”

“I love 9 round. I've tried other kickboxing classes and this is what does it for me. I like that i can show up and just start my workout. Everything is laid out and you go into each round every 3 minutes. The trainer is there with you and helps modify or correct your stance. I can burn around 400-500 calories each workout and I'm done in 30 minutes. It's definitely a full body workout and I love that I can feel myself getting stronger while loosing weight. Try it out and you'll fall in love too!”

“Since November 2022, I have been training at this gym, and I can honestly say that I love it. This gym is by far the greatest that I have trained at out of all the others. It's a terrific gym overall with friendly staff and gym members, along with a clean and safe environment. Milton, the owner, is an incredible fighter and coach. His methods, along with those of the other coaches, are remarkable and, most importantly, practical. Not a single technique that I have been taught has not been effective for me. Milton Agruello Mixed Martial Arts Academy is the right place to attend if you want to continue your martial arts training or begin your journey as a fighter.”

“Bought a package for my fiance and she loves it. Loves the one on one attention in a nice clean environment and is really enjoying the workout. Yes she says it is kicking her butt, BUT in a good way. After I recover from surgery I am anxious to join her on these round robin sessions, I am already seeing it pay off for her. The place was more busy that other AF, but not crowded. The gym also had a variety of equipment to fit pretty much anyone’s needs and all very clean. I liked the studio room where you could stretch or just sit and relax.”

“I have been training here since 2018 and my son started training in 2021. This place is awesome, the change in confidence and maturity I have seen in my son. He started at 10 and is now 14 and it has been a night and day transformation. Professor Gabe is a fantastic leader and role model with in gym and truly cares about his students. I myself have been in the adult program for a while now. The gym tribe atmosphere is very real. The team is more like family than a training facility. I could not recommend this place more”
