“I placed a store pickup and when I arrived I was met with a friendly smile and I was out of there within 5 minutes. I went back later to shop and I appreciate how everything I was looking for was easy and clear to find. I walk around Walmart and either things are locked up so it take 20 minutes to get your hands on it or the check out lines (20 stands with only 5 to 6 that are opened) are very long. I highly recommend Target West Hills If you are looking for a big store with a small "drugstore" feel”

“This rating is based on my experience at target while shopping with my mom, we bought several things including a grill, we needed help finding items and putting items into the car and wanted to say that Jefferson did an amazing job helping us with everything, from finding what we were looking for, to helping us load the grill into the car.He made our experience 5 star and wish more employees at Target were like him.We tried giving him a tip and he refused, he is truly a great individual and it shows his passion for his job.Thank you for all your help Jefferson!”

“I normally shop online at WM Fallbrook store in West Hills, CA., either o/up or delivery and I get excellent service and products. I always pay with my bank debit card and a couple of times I've used the CashApp to tip. Today, July 6,2023, I suspect one of them found a way to charge $105.04 to my WM acct. my bank tells me the transaction was @ 5:30am this morning. I don't open even one eye before noon, let alone shopping at that hour. Here's the kicker. Try calling that store. You can't get a store manager, supervisor or CSR on the phone any given day. I called several times today. No s**** Minimum time was 30 mins before I hung up. Next time I let the phone ring 48 minutes before I just got tired and hung up. My bank and WM Hdqtrs is looking into this and when I find out who did this, I am going to damn well press charges. I despise thieves.”

“I was waiting in the line at Walmart. There was a customer ahead of me and the clerk explained to him that the roller machine is not working. The customer angrily throw his merchandise on the scanner and behave very inappropriately. On the contrary the clerk Orlando was calm and smiled and did his job at best. He was very (actually extremely professional) with the client action. In fact Orlando thought him and many others in the line a good lesson by responding nicely. Highly recommend Walmart. There was a customer ahead of me and the clerk explained to him that the roller on the check out counter is not working, and clients had to put merchandise manually closer to the scanner. The customer angrily throw his merchandise on the clerk's counter and behaved inappropriately to show his anger and dissatisfaction. On the contrary, the clerk "Orlando" was calm and smiley, and did his job professionally. He was extremely professional with this angry client. In fact Orlando thought him and many others in the line a good lesson by responding him nicely. He treated this client with passion and similar to others like nothing happened. We all saw what happened. I was waiting for an argument, incident, or some kind of reaction from both sides. But Orlando was very well trained and professional. His well behavior and professionalism is making him eligible to become an employee of the busiest month of the year. Happy Holidays!
