“Now that there is a Five Below I like this shopping center even more! The employees are very nice and helpful and the store is clean and new. I like this store better than the two other ones I’ve been to in Porter ranch and lake forest. It’s a great store to take kids because everything is $5 or less and you don’t have to say “no” to more expensive items like at other stores.”

“I went in tonight about a 1/2 hpur prior to closing with a question about my 30 year old Yakima cargo basket and how to attach it to my 2020 Kia Telluride crossbars. Aaron was extremely helpful in finding a way do accomplish it. He found older parts in a storage area (since the news attachments won’t work) and made sure they fit my crossbars. He was very nice and helpful. It was wonderful experience and amazing customer service. He was thinking outside the box to help. Thank you!”

“It was nice looking around the store during the evening time on a weekday. The place was quiet enough and the lines were either short or non-existent. After a while, I found what I was looking for, tried it on, and went to the checkout stand close by the women's fitting rooms. I only had to wait for 5 minutes before I was next.I was met with a warm, friendly greeting by an employee I believe was named Diego. They were kind and patient when I asked to sign up for the JCPenney rewards and were able to implement the coupon/savings on my purchases right then and there. Overall, a great experience. Thank you. ^_^”

“Nice name brand clothing, face masks, high quality lotions, purses, men's clothing, kids toys, shoes, candles, furniture and my favorite, snacks! It always nicely stocked and full of people here. It's a fun place to go shopping and zone out. I love that they have Harry and David Carmel gourmet popcorn, sweet onion chips, fancy teas, dried pastas, cookies, truffles. They are always bringing in new items and having sales. Customer service is always pretty nice here too. They have a bathroom inside for Customers, it's not the cleanest but it's nice to have one in store. So come ready with your wallet, walking shoes and hand sanitizer here, be prepared to find a little of everything!”

“This location has a great selection of items. It was very clean and organized. I asked an employee about an item and they were so nice and helpful. It is a big show with a good variety of different types of items where almost everything is $5 or less. If it is more than $5 it is clearly marked. They have self service check outs which made the process smooth and someone nearby if you need help. There is lots of parking and there were plenty of baskets for shopping. I will definitely come back to this location.”

“I was at the Macy's iMAC Cosmetics's in Canoga Park. I was looking to find someone to help me with my make up. I have a wedding to attend tomorrow. I saw MAC and I asked this beautiful lady Kaylyn, I approached her and asked if she can help me with doing my make up. I wanted a Smokey eye look since the wedding we're going to is in the evening time. Thankfully she had time to do my make up. Honestly she did such an amazing job with the look I wanted and nailed it. I have an appointment with beautiful Alyssa tomorrow morning at 10:45am and I'm super excited to get a fill make up done on me. They were both so sweet and kind and make sure I felt beautiful. I would highly recommend going to MAC inside Macys. I am a happy customer. I will definitely come back to see them. If you're looking for the best make up.and best artist to make you beautiful. Go to them. You will be satisfied. I literally teared up. Haven't felt beautiful in a long time”

“Costco is Costco - it's the same experience no matter which location you go to. This one is a little spicier since it's in the good ol' hood of Van Nuys! Parking lot is Thunderdome as everyone drives it like they stole it! You better put a pep in your step and keep it moving until you get to the safety of the inside deathmatch! It's free-for-all walking around and there's no mercy in this dojo! It's quite the obstacle course dodging the elderly, the jerkasaurus customers who needlessly create traffic jams by stopping in the most inconvenient spots, kids trying to escape from their parent's clutches, people trying free samples like they've never eaten or drank anything before, spillage in aisles, people using their carts like battering rams, sad sack entitled brats, etc... You never know what you're gonna run into so limber up - remember movement is life! You can buy most everything you need in bulk to hunker down for weeks/months, visit the optometry section so your eyes don't rot and stuff your face with cheap eats from the food court as you contemplate your life's decisions that led you to spend more than you originally anticipated. Costco is where dreams are made or shattered, strength is forged in fire and a hot dog costs $1.50!”

Because I wanted to make sure before I left, however while I was at the registered I figured I’d try one more time with the cashier. This cashier was Jasmin was a total sweetheart and she went to the back and gave me 5 star customer services and check and also suggested that I come back tomorrow and double check. She deserves staff member of the month. We need customer service like this!”

“Great selection of clothes and styles. The children's section is so cute and varied for the littlest Bruins. Many clothes and accessories are overpriced but there's a whole area of folded t-shirts that are in the mid $20's. I wait for the once or twice a year sale, 20% off. There's also a discounted rack. The store is always clean, the staff professional and helpful. Plush animals, gifts, mugs and greeting cards are sold here, as are computers, school supplies. They even have an optometry store. The convenience store does not overcharge as much as I expected. For medicine yes but for instant noodles, surprisingly no. Two microwave ovens make a quick, cheap lunch convenient.”

“Alex really mans this Starbucks location! The Starbucks staff is always amazing and in high spirits! Esperanza, carol, Alex, Linh, violet you guys are all great !! They have a nice variety of Starbucks cups and mugs too. Also, after you shop at target sometimes you get promo gift cards (5-10$) and you can use your target gift cards at the Starbucks!!! It's like free coffee! Love this bang for your buck. So worth it! I love target :) they always have great deals and sales. RICKY IS THE BEST! Helped me with my drive up order and he was so nice and went above and beyond. This target has great staff!”

The service, support, and ease wins. The variety might not be as much as a larger store but usually you’ll find something that fits your taste. Always worth taking a look at the least for prospective suit buyers. They also do the alterations themselves so it’s a one stop shop.Sometimes you get lucky and their dogs come to say hi while you are trying on suits too.”

“I went to Macy's looking for home accessories and stumbled upon a wide selection of sofas and other furniture. I was honestly so surprised at how much stuff they had and how helpful and knowledgeable the sales associates were, mainly Reza! I've been shopping for a sofa for a while now since we moved into our new house and I was so surprised to find such great options for such great prices at my local department store. Next time I will need to bring my husband with me to check out the couches himself but we will be back and will recommend macys for any furniture needs!”

I spend at least 1 to 2 hours looking at merchandise before I get in line. Waiting in lines are worth the wait for the products. At least 50 '/. Off items I buy. Sometimes more on art supplies. Also , $40 for new adidas!! That's half price”
