“This location has a great selection of items. It was very clean and organized. I asked an employee about an item and they were so nice and helpful. It is a big show with a good variety of different types of items where almost everything is $5 or less. If it is more than $5 it is clearly marked. They have self service check outs which made the process smooth and someone nearby if you need help. There is lots of parking and there were plenty of baskets for shopping. I will definitely come back to this location.”

“It was nice looking around the store during the evening time on a weekday. The place was quiet enough and the lines were either short or non-existent. After a while, I found what I was looking for, tried it on, and went to the checkout stand close by the women's fitting rooms. I only had to wait for 5 minutes before I was next.I was met with a warm, friendly greeting by an employee I believe was named Diego. They were kind and patient when I asked to sign up for the JCPenney rewards and were able to implement the coupon/savings on my purchases right then and there. Overall, a great experience. Thank you. ^_^”

“You cannot go wrong shopping at Macy. They have a women section and a men's section at the other side of the mall. Stock pickup can vary on what item you buy so I went to both store to pickup a online order. The customer service line at the woman Macy can be busy but good thing they have a separate line for online pickup. The women macy store is 3 floors and there toys r us on the 3rd floor. The employees are throughout the store and can vary on their helpfulness depending who's helping you. I never had an issue when coming to either Macy store inside Northridge mall.”

“I love target who's doesn't! Yes the lines can get long but everyone is usually friendly. I like that I can pick up some groceries and stuff I don't need at the same time. Wish they sold alcohol like the other targets. Only downside is they make my $10 target then into $100. Love drive up”

“I went in tonight about a 1/2 hpur prior to closing with a question about my 30 year old Yakima cargo basket and how to attach it to my 2020 Kia Telluride crossbars. Aaron was extremely helpful in finding a way do accomplish it. He found older parts in a storage area (since the news attachments won’t work) and made sure they fit my crossbars. He was very nice and helpful. It was wonderful experience and amazing customer service. He was thinking outside the box to help. Thank you!”
