I took my 201p Mini Countryman in for oil change. They asked me after the service if I hear a loud sound when I drive (which I did but had not mentioned to them). They ran diagnostics, found the problem and fixed it (after I approved the work). My car is running and sounding like new. Fair, professional and friendly.”
