They've been really nice and even though my dog is a bag of anxiety she's more comfortable here than other places. We always get the full package and she always comes out clean and smells good and sometimes they tie a ribbon to make her look cute.
Overall I think this is a good place to send your pet for grooming.

Each dog is so different and Diamond has an amazing ability to find what works for the dog and draw out the confidence. We’ve made so much progress with loose lead walking, learning manners and are now working towards more advanced obedience. Couldn’t recommend Diamond more and I know the pups love her because the second they hear her voice (in person or on the phone) they get sooo excited.

I was happy to discover that they have opened one close to home in W. Covina! Great for all things ube, they have a plethora of Ube flavored drinks and sweets. They even have a new drink called Matcha Pandan - extra green (if matcha isn't green enough) for all those who want something to drink while wearing their quarter zips. I got a house milk tea, Milo milk tea and Mais con Yelo bar. All were great, although the Milo milk tea was not dissolved and still very powdery so I was getting chunks of Milo powder in every sip. Not sure if that was intentional? Staff is friendly, interior is cozy and relaxing and a would be good to hang out/study in. Enjoy!

We opted for their s’mores bar with four different flavors, and it was an absolute hit with our guests—people were raving about it during the wedding and even days afterward.
Working with Noelle from S’morology was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. She is genuinely one of the sweetest, most helpful people you could ever hope to work with. She was incredibly responsive, whether by phone or email, and she took the time—20 to 30 minutes on the phone with me—to go through every detail. Logistics, insurance, flavor options, timing, guest count… every question I had, she answered patiently and thoroughly. I never felt rushed, and she made me feel completely confident that s’mores were the perfect choice for our wedding (and she was right!).
On the wedding day, the s’mores bar was a huge crowd favorite. You could immediately tell the marshmallows were freshly made—they were soft, fluffy, and so delicious. Watching them torch the marshmallows right in front of you just elevated the whole experience. My husband and I got to go up before the rush and choose our flavors, and the moment we tasted them… wow. Absolutely incredible. I still wish I had grabbed a few more!
The staff on-site were friendly, professional, and so easy to work with. They were warm with our guests, organized, and kept everything flowing smoothly. It really felt like they cared about making our wedding special.
I’m so grateful I stumbled upon S’morology. They brought such a fun, unique, and delicious element to our celebration. If you’re considering a s’mores bar for any event—do it, and definitely book S’morology. They made our day even sweeter
