“This is one of the very best branches . I go out of my way to come here . My office is in Brentwood, we live in marina Del Rey and I come to Manhattan beach because of the exceptional service. I came in today and was greeted by not one person , but two beautiful young ladies at the front entrance. Today my teller was Gloria . I asked if Alex was available but he was assisting another customer . I told her he spoiled us with outstanding service the last 2 times we were here . Gloria said she would be more than happy to help us . She was amazing . She was very warm and friendly and very patient with us . She recommended a special program that would offer me a much higher interest rate. I was very impressed. Gloria was simply amazing . The management is doing a great job in providing outstanding service to all of their clients. We got a chance to say hello to Alex who is awesome ! And don't forget , they have the best gourmet coffee and hot chocolate. Thank you Gloria for a great experience today ... and a special thank you to Danny who helped my daughter!”

Recently, I had an issue with my business checking account and was getting very frustrated, so I decided to go to the Torrace branch located at 24580 Crenshaw, Torrance. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mr. Paulo Hugo, and he asked me how he could help me. I explained to him my situation. After listening to me, Mr Hugo said, " Don't worry, I will take care of you" with a smile.. After that, he went on to his computer and tried diligently to solve my problem.... After several attempts, he said that he needed to hand me over to senior staff because it was something he couldn't do himself, but he assured me that Ms. Brittany Moeia would get me Squared away. After being handed over to Ms Brienty Moeia, she greeted me with a smile and said she would get me handled.. After She investigated my problem. She went right to the source and got the problem solved. She not only took the time but also took the time to explain to me the situation and had the problem solved for me. My problems Gone Thanks to Britney and Paulo... Oh, by the way, I would like To also praise the management and staff at this location For their excellent customer service good job guys...”

He goes above beyond to make sure the customer is happy before leaving . I visited when it was close to closing time .. I'm sure he had things to do and was ready to go but if he did I sure couldn't tell. He stayed past the working hours to make sure I had everything I needed . “I really like this bank. The customer service is on point. I get good interest loans and they have an array of financial products that I've used and really like. I moved my money here after realizing that Wells Fargo is not for this community. They have people lined up outside the bank every morning in long lines trying to get service. That is so disrespectful and if you need to see a banker you have to make an appointment and wait days and weeks to handle your money situation. That is really unacceptable. I've called and they have NO intention on changing these disrespectful practices. That just told me that they are not taking me or my money seriously. I have not had ANY of these problems at School's First.”
