“I had a horrible experience at the branch located on Redondo Beach Blvd but I needed to speak to a banker STAT and this branch had the first available appointment. I didn't expect much because of that last run, but it wasn't fair for me to pre-judge based on that other branch's shortcomings, so I kept an open mind. I came through late afternoon - late like, they're gonna close soon late (but I was given that option and it worked out for me.) Walked in and I was the only customer there... kinda thought that was weird, but... okay... Anyway! I was seen almost immediately after I walked in. I sat down with Francisco and discussed my issues - I mentioned the trouble I had with the other branch.He was so patient and understanding. He gave me good suggestions/advise even after knowing I was gonna close a few (but not all) of my accounts. The rest of the staff were still pretty cordial even after I felt I overstayed. So it wasn't at all unpleasant as how I psyched myself up on my way here. The overall experience kinda convinced me not to close all my accounts.Great first run. “Went here the other day to deposit a check and get info on a home equity line of credit. Teller was quick, efficient and friendly. Talked to manager about home equity line rates, his name is Eli Norkin. He was super professional and very well-informed. He spent probably 1/2 hour going from A to Z regarding the home equity line. Eli made it really easy to understand how it all works. I know that I'm very well taken care of here at Wescom and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I highly recommend coming here!”

I had to go in personally for the wire to be done. The ladies at this branch are always so friendly and helpful. There's a small parking lot which can get really crowded but Cathay has designated parking right in front of their bank. You're in good hands when you come here.”

Recently, I had an issue with my business checking account and was getting very frustrated, so I decided to go to the Torrace branch located at 24580 Crenshaw, Torrance. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mr. Paulo Hugo, and he asked me how he could help me. I explained to him my situation. After listening to me, Mr Hugo said, " Don't worry, I will take care of you" with a smile.. After that, he went on to his computer and tried diligently to solve my problem.... After several attempts, he said that he needed to hand me over to senior staff because it was something he couldn't do himself, but he assured me that Ms. Brittany Moeia would get me Squared away. After being handed over to Ms Brienty Moeia, she greeted me with a smile and said she would get me handled.. After She investigated my problem. She went right to the source and got the problem solved. She not only took the time but also took the time to explain to me the situation and had the problem solved for me.
