He made arrangements for a conference call with their safety technician, Glen. Although my project does not fall within the parameters of their business, they spent over 15 minutes discussing my project and exploring my options. I found them to be knowledgeable, safety oriented and very generous with their time.”
“Had a reservation for 3/26 at 9am for a 6x12 trailer. When I arrived, they didn't have the trailer and instead only had a 5x9 at 11a. The woman at the first desk said she meant to call me but to make it up she gave me a discount. When I switched the reservation for the next day, the manager (believe his name was Brodee) still offered the discount and the trailer rental was seamless with all the employees I interacted with. All in all, didn't start off well but their customer service and thoughtfulness more than made up for it! Will rent again from them for sure.”

“Overall, we've had a good experience. The delivery drivers are a delight to work with. One distressing experience earlier in the year involved being billed for deliveries on both January 16 and January 19, but a ticket was left only for the January 19 delivery. It seemed very unlikely that deliveries had been made to us that close together. However, when I was unable to establish that the January 16 delivery was made to another nearby address, I went ahead and paid it. It took awhile to get it straightened out, but eventually you credited us with that payment by applying the amount against a subsequent bill. All's well that ends well, and going forward I hope to have a ticket left by the delivery driver each time.”
