“While traveling in the area my car had an issue on the freeway and I could not drive it, I was towed by AAA to this shop. Very fortunate to get to this shop - the staff were able to come out and check my car and even get it working so I could get home to my local area. They did not even charge me for what they did.
It is a stressful time having a breakdown especially with my family, but this shop really went above and beyond. I will be always grateful. This would be my go to shop if I lived in the area for my BMWs, I could instantly tell they knew what they were doing and were enthusiastic about older BMWs. I think the owner’s name is Fred and I really wanted to thank him! Kindhearted folks like this are hard to find nowadays.”
“I don’t know the gentleman’s name but he is really very helpful. I find he is honest. When he could have charged me for unnecessary services he hasn’t. He takes my car in as a walk in and is always pleasant to work with. Lastly, his prices are very reasonable. I’ve been here a few times now and will say this the car is never returned with a new sound, sent, scratch etc as it usually is when you go to non dealer repair shops. Thank you Desi Auto Repair.”

“My first time dealing with Central was pretty much perfect. Needed to get my brakes fixed as I knowingly waited a bit too long (I like to get every last little bit out of brakes and tires, which isn't super smart), but I was alerted by the newly squeaking brakes just last night that I couldn't wait anymore. I figure I lucked out today and was able to bring it in immediately and get the work done in one day. They pointed out some things I needed to know without any kind of up-selling. It seems a bit remarkable that without prior notice, they can inspect, fill out a report with pictures, get the parts, do the work to completion, and seemingly not cut any corners (that probably wouldn't work out well for reputable mechanics), and get me out the door so I wouldn't miss the next day of work. They stayed a bit later than closing to get it done, no complaints on their part, nor mine. I'll be back for some of that other needed work very soon.”
