During the past year I have consistently attended 2-3 classes a week and I couldn't be happier with everything about this gym. The staff at this gym truly sets it apart. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional are words to describe Jeremy and Evette. They make each visit a delightful experience. They provide expert guidance, motivate members and help individuals who need modifications during class. Hygiene and cleanliness are clearly a priority at this gym as equipment is wiped down after class and the gym is cleaned at the end of the day. The facility is well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner looking to kickstart a healthy lifestyle, this gym accommodates all fitness levels and goals. It's inclusive, non-judgmental, and for everyone. If you want to feel good about your work out and be trained by a dedicated staff then you should definitely check out F45.

I started going to F45 in December. The coaches are encouraging and push me to do more! The workouts are fun and challenging. Definitely recommend!

Awesome gym, loved the overall energy and atmosphere of the place. They started the workout exactly on time. Coach Jeremy was really helpful in correcting movements and giving positive vibes throughout the entire session. Definitely a great consideration for people looking for a great workout and pleasant environment. ??

Jeremy runs a great F45 location! Super challenging workouts, great instruction and motivation, good community with the other members, and excellent location! Would recommend F45 to anyone looking for a life changing workout routine! I love it! Would never work out this hard on my own…

One of the better F45’s I have attended in my frequent travel. The owner was great and super helpful in getting us set up for our first class. The space was really great and the people were extremely friendly. If you live in the Walnut Creek area I can’t suggest this place more!

One of the best F45 locations worldwide. Jeremy and team are great trainers, create a high energy and fun atmosphere, and push you to your limits. I would never work out this hard if it weren't for them and the F45 method. People are cool too. It's not like a CrossFit box where you get ignored unless you come every day for 6 months. Everyone is welcoming. Come join the squad!

What a gem F45 Downtown Walnut Creek is. The owners are really the best and truly do care about you and will go above and beyond to ensure you're getting the most out of every class and will stay after to work with you. Classes are tough but fun and an amazing workout. The community of people who go here are fun, caring, and truly nonjudgemental. it's the most motivating and fun gym I have ever been to. 5 huge stars
