I really love Ecco shoes and have used them for many years for work. I just can't believe the service at the Walnut Creek store is so flakey. I would say more than 2/3 of the times, no one asks if I need help. Yesterday I walked in and was looking at a shoe and the sales person was lining up the shoes but refused to ask me if I needed help. The store had one other customer and 2-3 employees working. It's frustrating to have a store with shoes that I really like but tend to avoid because so many times I walk out with a bad experience.

Came in a week ago, and I would say the customer service here is outstanding, Moh helped me out and helped me pick the best shoe for myself, while I'm having issues with some shoes, I ended up getting the MX's really comfortable shoe, I like to appreciate Moh for his great customer service and being very respectful, keep up the good work!

Had such a great experience today ! SF location didn’t have the particular shoes I wanted and they have it at Walnut Creek. Got my 15% discount honored here by Rose , she’s really great !!! Thanks so much .

Ecco shoes are well made, so they last and they are comfortable. It's 5☆ to Ecco and 3☆ to the store for not carrying size 13 and above. The store itself is pretty small.

I have never been so discussed with the way sale persons were treated as I witness Darin R of Walnut Creek rudely disrespect the sales women in this store!!! THIS GUY WAS A COMPLETE JERK!! From my point of view, these ladies were doing everything they could to try to communicate and satisfy this guy. He was completely out of line!!! I own more than12 pairs of ECCO shoes. Most of them I have bought at this store. LANA & YARA are absolute a delight to work with. My experience here has been totally different, maybe because I'm nice and Darin isn't! I've always gotten top notch service. THE PLACE IS AWESOME!!!

Worst shopping experience EVER. Either the salesperson was mistreated by the other customer before I walked in or she was having a bad day. Either way, she was incredibly unpleasant and had no desire to help or engage in the sales process to help me find what I was looking for. At one point, I knocked a show box off of the bench I was sitting on and she stood there, 3 feet away from me and watched me struggle to lean over/pick up the box and tissue paper. If there were any other Ecco store near me, I would have walked out and refused to buy anything from her. If she works on commission, she did NOT deserve whatever she made on my purchase.

Lana and Yara are the absolute worst salespeople and a horrible reflection on Ecco. I purchased 5 pairs of shoes on Black Friday and upon looking at them the following day, I noticed two of them had dirty soles. Upon talking to both these ladies, I was told that "we wouldn't sell shoes that were dirty". Excuse me? Exactly what are you trying to tell me? I then asked if they allowed customers who try on shoes if they are allowed to walk outside the store (where they can get soiled)? Instead, the other rude girl steps in and starts talking about an attitude and how they were being communicated with as opposed to rectifying the situation and exchanging them out for clean shoes. They were both incredibly rude and I was really ticked to being accused of trying to bring to exchange dirty shoes, when I did absolutely nothing except open up the shoe boxes. These two need stiff reprimands up to and including termination.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They falsely claimed my shoe was 50% off when I was there to return, presenting my receipt. I researched and found the show was in fact not on sale. I went to another Ecco in San Mateo thereafter and they confirmed the shoes was not on sale and gave me a full refund.

Excellent customer service! Really great selection! I purchased a sweet pair of white golf shoes...so comply. And I'm hoping for zero-drop sneakers, and wide shoe toe options. And I'll be back!
