“I can personally attest to the well deserved 5 rating this shop has here on Yelp. This shop is top notch. I've had my Tesla Model X for 5 years, unfortunately, within those five years, I was involved 2 major accidents, but have experienced 3 different "Tesla" approved shops. The 3rd is Brooks and in so pleased to have stumbled onto this place. Renzo and Jessie are awesome! They do their best to move you up on the shop's very busy schedule and they actually work FOR YOU, and NOT to the whims of insurance companies! Most of all...the quality level of the finished work performed by this place is truly . If you have a Tesla like me, this is the only place I would recommend! Keep up the good work guys! As much as I like your work, I hope I never see you again”
“We own 4 Mercedes, need I say more. Todd and Bill take care of everything we have ever needed (even fixing my father in laws pesky SL with the annoying hydraulics system, and more than 50% less than MBZ wanted to charger). I have never once had a problem with their support, service, quality of repairs. Working in this industry, it is very hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, especially when it comes to the expensive Mercedes repairs. Independent keeps the prices to a minimum while performing quality work. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have been coming here since 2016, and will continue to do so, so long as Todd and Bill are around.”

“I have been bringing various cars here (mostly Lexus) for many years, and have yet to have a bad experience. Once or twice (over the course of 20+ years) I have had to bring a car back for another look at a problem, but they always have responded professionally and courteously and got it taken care of in a timely manner. They are an honest shop with reasonable prices and do good work. I highly recommend them.”

“Staff were all friendly and honest. I was bumped into in a parking lot and needed the corner bumper fixed. The repair was paid for by the person who hit me insurance company. I called Jim's Auto body as I used them many years ago. They repaired my car in 2 days as promised and kept me informed of the timeline. Even though they’re an auto body shop and not a tire place, he and the whole team went out of their way to help me when I really needed it. “Crash Champions is a terrific company. I had a rear windshield replaced 4 years ago by Mike's Auto Body Shop which Crash Champions seems to have taken over. Recently, I found that the installation of the windshield was faulty - and even though there could be an argument that this is not their responsibility, Crash Champions honored the warranty for this windshield work. I could not be more impressed and grateful. I highly recommend Crash Champions, and would go back to them again if ever I needed auto body work. “Parker Robb did a great, thorough job when inspecting my car after I was hit. The other person's insurance misquoted the actual damage done and purposefully left my car in the shop for approval to total my car. Parker Robb stayed in contact with me and attempted to get ahold of the insurance company! They worked with me and were very flexible. I would highly recommend them and I will be returning.”
