“When I say I wish I could give TechZone 10 stars, I'm being 100% dead serious. This place is absolutely incredible in every single way. From the time Rob spent on the phone with me the first time I called, to scheduling me in 3 days, to their facility, the fact that they diagnosed and fixed my issue within 4 hours, to the incredibly fair price I paid. I truly can't say enough good things about TechZone and in particular, Rob Lashin.I had a baffling front camera issue that the Ford Dealership (in St. Helena) didn't resolve. They told me I needed a new lane departure camera and new rearview camera, which I knew was BS. They wanted to charge me almost $1,200. Rob quickly diagnosed it as a faulty front camera module. And for half of what the dealership wanted to charge me, they diagnosed the problem, sourced the part, picked it up, and installed it in LESS THAN 4 HOURS! They didn't even mark up the camera module, and they got a price $150 less than what the Ford dealership quoted me. I was back in my truck by noon today. What's more, he could have easily talked me into a relatively expensive camera calibration, but he said that it really wasn't necessary and if he were me, he wouldn't do it. Now THAT'S an honest, stand-up guy. Truly a rarity in today's automotive repair world. I'm so glad I found TechZone. Best auto repair experience I've ever had in all of my 49 years on earth. If you have any simple or complex electrical, camera, connectivity, display, or suspension/alignment issue, you really need to go see Rob at TechZone. Some of the best money I ever spent and the best experience I've ever had dealing with a car issue. And did I mention his shop is so clean you could literally eat food off the floor? Badges are never reused- instead they order new ones so that your car looks as absolutely pristine as possible. They also quality control check every single replacement part that comes in, and if fitment and finish isn't perfect, they ask the dealer to swap it out for one that is perfect. As they are a small shop, sometimes the wait can be longer than usual, but in the end it's worth it as their quality of repair can't be beat!”

Very casual and easy. Asked for interior detailing only and they threw in a free car wash for the outside. What a lovely surprise! : ) Took about 3 hours. “The customer service was good and they did an excellent job on the repair. Better than expected and it didn't take weeks. I went through an insurance due to a care accident that I was not liable for. The only issue was they don't have good signage for where Geico car insurance people go and the automechanics got irritated with me for stopping in their garage space. Overall, though, I would recommend this shop. Repair was very well done.”

“I highly recommend Mike for his work on my 1970 Porsche 914. The car was new to me and had a fair amount of rust on the floorpans and engine compartment and needed the battery tray installed . This was a tricky project as the old rust had to get cut out and new floorpan patches welded in, while avoiding fuel lines and various cables under the car and working in the cramped space of a mid-engine classic. Mike's work was fantastic and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated, including adding fixes discovered during the process. He is very knowledgeable on classic cars and put a lot of thought into our project. Mike was good about sending pictures along the way and keeping me updated on progress. He was very communicative when we picked up the vehicle, showing us pictures of every aspect of the repair. He got the job done in the timeframe he originally suggested and we're excited Mike was able to get our 914 back on the road to full restoration.”

“In the last six months, I have had two vehicles painted by Marco and his crew. The work was quality, and the small amount of bodywork was done to perfection. The first vehicle was a 2007 Honda Accord with a thin layer of paint from the factory, and the second was a 2003 Tahoe with the infamous peeling clear coat on the hood and the roof. I am pleased and proud to drive these vehicles any place I need to go to. They look fresh and very close to new. The three coats of paint and the clear coat make the vehicle shine. “I've used a few body shops in the North Bay area and they're all very good, restoring my vehicles back to the condition they were before the accidents, so there's not much to write about. But last month my 2019 F150 needed body work after a young man crashed into the left side of my truck. My company suggested Falcon in Concord. After 2 weeks, as promised, I came to pick up the truck and of course it was fixed beautifully as expected and the bonus was the detailing job they had done to my truck, inside and outside. Looked like a brand new truck, again. Got home, I noticed that they'd replaced one of the light bulb in my tail lights too. A week later, my wife said the AC didn't work, I spoke to Herson and he told me they only worked on the body but bring it back anyway so they could take a look. Herson had a technician came out and troubleshot and replaced a fuse to get the AC going. Now, that was above and beyond customer service. I was not only happy but really delighted. Thanks Herson! Oh, I forgot to mention that they picked up my truck from my home in Suisun City and brought it to Concord to work on it too. Hopefully I won't need their service anymore, LOL, but if I do, they're the one I'd think of.”

“Came here needing an alternator replaced. I was referred to MBZ Auto by the owner of the tow company that had towed my car after parking in a no parking zone ? (thanks to my alternator for going out at that exact parking spot). At the end of the day, things happen for a reason & I'm glad I was towed LOL! I ended up being referred to the best Mechanic to date. It was hard to find a good Mechanic but also one that was trustworthy as well.Before coming here I was calling around getting quoted an arm & a leg for work that my car (200 Chrysler) needed done, hands down MBZ is 100% the truth on service and prices. My Over all experience with the owners (husband and wife) have been awesome just like day one. I brought my car in at end of December 2023, and I was so nervous because this was my first time getting in a car accident and I was unsure how the whole process would go. However, Hash was very polite and honest. I appreciate how he wasn't pushy on things, he gave me recommendations to help guide me. He looked into places where I can rent a car if needed, and stated that he can help me with reaching out to my car insurance. It took about two weeks to get my car fixed and it was worth the wait. Khalid and Abdul were very informative and eager to work with me on a good deal but I never felt an uncomfortable pressure to sign before I was ready which is something I really appreciated. When I said I needed to sleep on it they understood and then were very quick and patient to respond to all my questions over text the next day. I test drove my car Friday night and was driving it off the lot Saturday afternoon.
