Needed to exchange an online order that didn’t fit quite right. The store manager, Jon, took care of me and ensured I was comfortable in the right shoe. Learned that a wider shoe was more comfortable for me. 10/10 customer experience.

Took my son into get his first pair of proper dress shoes. Was helped out by a gentlemen named Caleb Anderson. It has been so long since I have gotten good/knowledgeable/experienced customer service post-Covid that I had almost forgot what it was like and what a pleasant experience it can be. All around great experience.
