“I am not one to write reviews but from the moment I walked into this Travis Mathew location I felt like I was family. The employees that greeted me as I walked into the Broadway Plaza location were Jack and Mike. I believe Mike is the showroom manager of the location as he was directing and talking to the other employee's to help customers and was recommending items to the people shopping. Jack and Mike helped me select some items as I told them I was going on a golfing trip. I never felt like the two of them were pushing items on me but more of helping me select the best for me and look good. I ended up spending close to $500 and took advantage of an amazing promo they have going on up until memorial day. Highly recommend. I def will be going back again thank you Jack and Mike.”

“Had a great experience today at Untuckit in Walnut Creek. Isaiah opened the store promptly at 10am, he was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. He brought out all the styles they had in my size, made recommendations as too what color shoes, and pants would go with the styles I picked out! Then once I was done selecting, he offed to steam the shirts for me! Great experience overall, will definitely be going back!”

“I came across a beautiful peacoat while perusing their Walnut Creek store location while visiting family in Northern California for the holidays. I wasn't 100% sure I wanted that coat as it was the first one I tried on and I like to shop around.Fast forward to a month later and after trying on more than 20 coats from all sorts of designers, I was certain that I wanted the specific R&G jacket, but I couldn't find it in my size online or at any southern California location.I called the Walnut Creek store and one of their reps, Nikki, was so gracious and helpful. Between shipping and payment logistics, it wasn't the easiest transaction to coordinate, but Nikki totally took care of me.So big shout out to Nikki and kudos to Rodd and Gunn for doing an excellent job fostering great customer service. A wonderful showing of the best of New Zealand.”

“I needed to find some business sports jackets quickly for a new job, so I stopped by the Bonobos store in Walnut Creek. I was helped by Jefferson, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me pick out two sports jackets that fit me perfectly and were very comfortable. He also helped me pick out multiple Stretch Weekday Warrior Dress Pants, which were also very comfortable. I was very impressed with the quality of the clothing and the customer service. I would definitely recommend Bonobos to anyone looking for high-quality, comfortable clothing.”

“I have always loved going in to marine layer - aesthetics - always beautiful! The layout of the clothes - vibrant! But what brings me in are their sales team! They are always so warm and welcoming whether you're browsing or buying! Mackenzie one of the sales staff is someone you want to help you! She did all she can with our tech problems! “I visit this location a little more than occasionally looking for a more special piece, like a returned sweater someone bought online and not normally found in their stores. While this location is spacious and pleasantly merchandised, staff can be unhelpful almost bordering on surly, not thanking you after a purchase or not coming back to you promising to look in storage for an undamaged piece that you want to try on. Foot traffic in this store is not so intense as to be overly taxing to staff. To be more specific, the male staffers can be more customer friendly than the women.”
